A spacious, comfortable newly-built two bedroom apartment on the top floor of traditional building, five minutes' walk to the lift for the beach, Scarborough Spa and the famous South Cliff gardens, 12 minutes' walk to the town centre and 30 minutes' walk to Oliver's Mount.
The accommodation occupies the whole top floor with a private lift entrance directly into the flat.  Three steps from the large living/dining room lead to a private balcony with superb views.
There is free parking for one car at the rear of the building and the lift starts on the ground floor at the rear.
This apartment is truly unique with a feeling of great comfort and space. There are excellent views from all the large picture windows  and although it's close to the beach and resort, the Penthouse is a very calm and relaxing place for a getaway break.
Sit back on the high quality, real leather sofas, listen to your favourite music on Amazon Echo, enjoy a film on the new 55" Smart TV, or go online with free high speed broadband. Cook and entertain in the fully equipped kitchen and dine at the table for six with rooftop views.  Refresh in the walk-in shower or relax in the bath tub, and sleep well in the comfortable king-size or double bed after enjoying a night cap on the balcony where you can watch the world go by.
Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 - king size bed. Bedroom 2: one double, one single. Living room - one single folding chair / bed.
All bedding and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.
As well as a coffee pod machine there is instant coffee and a cafetiere.

Absolutely wonderful stay. Clean, comfortable and convenient. Everything was perfect. Coffee on the balcony was a dream too. My only issue was we couldn't find a tin opener, but I'm sure it's there somewhere.

Our stay at the Scarborough penthouse recently was brilliant. We went for my birthday and it couldn’t have been more special, easy to find and parking just outside. On arrival we took the lift and it opens up straight into the apartment giving it a very classy feel. The lovely open plan living room and kitchen was very clean and comfortable. The two bedrooms were large and beautifully set out. The best bit for us was the balcony with seating area and sea view. Overall all had a fantastic stay. Thank you Zoe and Peter I’m sure we will book to stay again. Julie and James.

Fabulous New Year stay.

This apartment was everything we could've asked for and more. We had all we needed for a comfortable stay. A small Sainsburys is around the corner, so easy to stock up on food. Great recommendations for local eateries. Tea, coffee (including pods), milk, treats including fizz left for us. It was immaculate, spacious and homely. Two large bedrooms with comfy beds, storage and seating areas, bathroom with separate shower and bath, open plan living / dining and kitchen with two large sofas and sufficient seating at the dining table. We are already planning a return visit. Views over to the castle, Olivers Mount and the sea. Literally 2 minutes to the Prince of Wales gardens and a few minutes more to the esplanade. Lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. Lovely little balcony that looked so pretty at night when the lights came on. Felt very safe and secure. Lift comes right into the apartment. Check in was easy. Excellent communication with owner. Loved seeing the owners art work and the photo depicting his connection to Scarborough. Thank you Peter and Zoe for your hospitality.

Perfect Holiday Stay

When we arrived at the property we were delighted with the wow factor, and immediately wished we were staying longer. The apartment was so clean, warm, bright and welcoming, with a real feelgood factor. We also appreciated the welcome gifts, including a bottle of Cava. It was quiet and warm in the apartment. The sheets were clean, fresh and crisp, and comfortable bed and pillows. Would happily recommend to anyone.

‘Scarborough-Penthouse’ This apartment is absolutely unique, the space has a feeling of great comfort and elegance with fabulous panoramic views from all the large picture windows. Whilst being close to the beach and resort the penthouse offers a very calm and relaxing place for a holiday escape. High quality real leather sofas, Amazon Echo and a new 55” 4K TV, high speed broadband, comfortable beds, dining for six, and of course the specially designed balcony all help to make a stay here a truly memorable experience. The penthouse is perfect for a relaxing break with fast broadband, a work space and plenty of space for children. Search Google Maps for 360’ pictures.

The contemporary kitchen is well equipped with a range of appliances including a coffee machine, microwave, oven and hob, fridge and freezer and washing machine.

The large, modern, private bathroom with toilet includes both walk-in shower and a large bath tub with hand held shower. Both Amazon Prime Video on the TV and Amazon Prime music on Alexa are available for free.

There are two spacious bedrooms both with spectacular views over Scarborough town and the castle and towards the North Yorkshire Moors. One bedroom has a king sized bed and the other has a double and single bed. There is also a single sofa bed in the living room.
