Nestled in the pines and minutes from the renowned Lake Sam Rayburn, our four Mediterranean-style homes are beautifully maintained. Each one is fully furnished and waiting for you to make it your home away from home. This home is spacious, 2,000 Sq. Ft. and can accommodate up to 9 guests. Hosting a larger group? More than one home can be reserved to accommodate your needs. Whether you are seeking a location near a public ramp for your next fishing tournament, a weekend getaway in the country, or a place to hold your long overdue family reunion – we can offer you the option to make your stay a carefree and memorable one.

Adventure awaits you in this popular recreational area. Lake Sam Rayburn and the surrounding area abound with fishing and hunting opportunities. The beautiful lake is ideal for a variety of water activities. We are only 3 miles from the public boat launch and the Umphrey Family Pavilion on Hwy 255. Our property can hold your boat in our covered garage. Space for 3 boats and 3 trucks
If golf is your game, Rayburn Country Club golf course is 1 mile away and is open to the public.

In need of food and supplies? Piney Point Plaza on 3881 Rr 255 W is only minutes away, and you will find the "The Stump” restaurant, The Dam Liquor Store, a beauty salon, and a gas station. Down the street, you will find a Dollar General Store and a couple of tackle stores. Only 20 minutes from Jasper you can find Walmart, Lowes plus a variety of restaurants and varied stores. There are a few churches on FM1007. If you are looking for a more adventurous day trip, Lufkin and Toledo Bend are each 50 miles away, and you can be in Beaumont in an hour and a half.

Have a dog you would like to bring along? We love our furry friends (dogs only, no cats). We have plastic bags available for you to help us maintain the yard. If you have one, there is plenty of room for a kennel and bed; we ask that you do not let the dog on the bed or the furniture. The pet fee is $20.

Fabulous Place

Great Cabin! Friendly Owners

The cabin was very spacious and clean. Loved the layout and the decor. Great supply of utensils and pots and pans for the kitchen. Loved having a garage. Family loved staying there! Will rent again and highly recommend. Easy access - less than 5 mins from Humphrey Pavillion to launch boat.

This place is nice and roomy

The house is very big and there is a lot of space available for various activities. We fit 4 boats at the house. You can put one boat and a vehicle inside of the garage. There is a public launch about 5 minutes away. Great place to stay at!

This house is just as described. Communication with the host is by far the best I’ve ever experienced. House is well-stocked. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome!! Perfect set up for gatherings

We went up to Mrs. Mariela's place this past weekend and couldnt have asked for a better weekend! The cabin was set up perfect for what we needed. We were able to fit two good size boats in the garage which was nice. Plenty of space in the bedrooms. She supplied all necessary accessories for bathroom, kitchen, etc.... Perfect location for needing a store run. We will be back in a month two!

Super Casa

We had to find a place to stay after Hurricane Laura went through Orange Texas and put a tree through our home. This place was huge! And with 5 people, you never had to fight for a bathroom since there were 4 to choose from. The beds were comfortable, and there were plentyof themto choose. The communication with the owner was spot on. I would definitely return!

Another amazing stay

This is our third time using your properties and our second stay in this Villa! We had another amazing stay and can't wait to return. We so appreciate you taking the time to contact us multiple times before, during and after our stay to ensure we had everything we needed! Again this is an amazing location and the perfect size for our family and a few friends! Everything was ready to go so we were able to drive up and begin relaxing right away! We did enjoy thr new parking space behind the Villa! It made maneuvering our boat in and out so much easier! Thank you for allowing us the perfect place to celebrate my husband's birthday and the 4th!

Perfect for fisherman

Rented this very nice house for four nights while eight of us were fishing Sam Rayburn. It really fit the bill for parking & charging our four boats that we had. The location was great for several boat launches that were close by along with a great tackle store, gas & supplies. This house was built by a professional angler & you could tell it is set up for fisherman, his daughter now the owner (Mariela) was super helpful, anything we needed she made sure we had ASAP. We stayed at the villas at Sam Rayburn Lake for the College Bassmaster event, and I honestly could not have asked for a better setup for a tournament week.First off, the boat parking was elite. For college anglers pulling full size rigs and traveling with a lot of gear, that matters more than anything. There was plenty of space, easy maneuverability, and we never felt cramped or stressed trying to park or plug in. It made early blast off mornings smooth and stress free, which is huge during a big event.The location is just as impressive. We were close to everything. The boat ramps, gas stations, restaurants, tackle shops, and anything else you might need during tournament week are all right there. When you are competing, convenience saves time and energy, and this place absolutely delivered.And I cannot say enough about our host, Mariela. She is truly an angel. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish. She was quick to respond, clear, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. You can tell she takes pride in hosting and wants her guests to feel taken care of.If you are fishing Rayburn for a tournament or just planning a trip with friends, this is the place to stay. We will absolutely be back.

Great location very close to the lake!

Great experience renting from Mariela! She is very sweet and helpful. The house he everything needed and there was plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles and boats!

Clean and roomy

Nice place to stay ! Will definitely be back . The owner was quick to reply to my emails or text and made sure we didn’t need anything. If your looking for a get away or a place to stay while fishing definitely keep this house in mind . Only minutes from town and boat ramp .

Lake Getaway

We used this getaway as home base for our weekend at the lake. After hours on the boat, we came home to this cool home with unique design and spacious rooms, each with dedicated ac units. On the 4th of July this was perfect. One night we cooked out on the patio and enjoyed the evening with family. What a great place.

Feelings are 50/50

My feelings for both this property and our stay are mixed, 50/50. While the house was in "good shape" and we had a good time, we had a few issues. Upon arrival, my son stepped on a nail in the front yard. Upon entry into the house, we found worms, both dead and alive, all over the place as well as a few dead roaches, my son found an old slice of cheese stuck to the top corner of the bunk bed and the living area stayed uncomfortably hot. Luckily, we made the most of it and still had a good time, but only due to the fact that we rented a boat and spent the day on the water, not because of the stay at the house itself. I would recommend taking a peek at your property before guests arrive, however I will not recommend your house to family and friends, unfortunately.

Spacious Home

Plenty of beds with memory foam toppers. Having three showers was great. Big kitchen and living room. Plenty of parking for trucks and boats. Great location. Can't go wrong with this one.

Perfect location for fishing Sam Rayburn. Place was absolutely perfect for myself and 3 buddies on a fishing vacation. Mariela was great to deal with.... she was on top of everything making sure all we had to do was enjoy our vacation. Can’t wait to stay again!!!

Just what we needed!

Spent 4 days at this "little piece of heaven". Everything went smoothly, as the owner Mariel made sure everything was perfect. Jose greeted us upon arrival, and Mariel checked on us that evening to ensure we were settled in nicely. Can't wait to get back and spend more time here!

Being in the real estate business, my father started building these types of properties in 2008. With their unique construction with concrete walls, cathedral ceilings throughout the house, and colorful colors throughout the house, you will have all the amenities you want during your stay. From the size of the garage to park your boat and truck to outlets around the property to charge your batteries. Large backyard for your family to play. Feel free to use the picnic tables, BBQ grills, and a common fire pit.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, each twin bed has a memory foam mattress. In the living room, there is a TV with Dish service. If the house is not rented on the day of check out, late check-out can be discussed.
My father and I worked really hard to get the houses in this business and we have earned SUPER HOST LEVEL. Please make sure to read all the reviews.
