Villa Alexandria is a very special villa that is located just 300 meters from the stunning Cala Molins beach in Cala San Vicente, as well as having numerous restaurants and bars also within a similar distance.


The property has a large grass area on one side. The pool is at the back of the house, and next to it there is a fantastic barbecue area, ideal for dining outdoors before going for a walk through the center of this quiet and cozy place that is Cala San Vicente. . The interior of the house is tastefully decorated, with a modern and well-equipped kitchen that opens onto the rear terrace.





The villa has managed to retain a traditional touch, to which modern touches have been tastefully added. It consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of them en suite). There is a beautiful and spacious fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with doors leading out to the pool area.
