The Eco-Friendly Holiday House Marina di Ragusa “Il Gufo e La Civetta” is in Marina di Ragusa and is about 250 meters from the Irminio Nature Reserve and its beach. It is ideal for families or large groups who want to spend a nice holiday together in the name of economy and fun, but also of the serenity and tranquility of a simple but comfortable country house.
It is an eco-sustainable house, as, with a system, we independently produce the entire electricity requirement and offer guests the possibility to recharge their electric car for free with a special column * (service subject to limitations).
Finding us is very simple: on a TomTom or Google navigator, just type «Gravina, Ragusa RG» and you will arrive at about 100 meters. from the entrance. For the more experienced the coordinates are: 36 ° 46'49.6 "N 14 ° 35'18.9" E
It comfortably accommodates eight adults plus two children up to three years of age, who will be provided with a cot and a camping cot, as long as indicated at the time of booking
It consists of two apartments connected internally but distinct, so as to preserve the privacy of each. Access is also possible for people with motor disabilities, for whom a special bathroom has been created. There are no extra beds.
The apartment is equipped with bed linen and towels with weekly change and pets are allowed.
The holiday home has every comfort and all rooms are air conditioned. It is composed of:
-Two bright kitchen-living rooms, complete with all necessary appliances and all utensils;
-Two private double bedrooms;
-A comfortable double bed placed next to a romantic fireplace;
-Two bunk beds placed in one of the two kitchen-living rooms;
-A laundry room;
-Two spacious bathrooms with shower, one of which is equipped for people with motor disabilities.
There is also a large terrace, from which you have a splendid view of the sea and the entire Nature Reserve, which can be enjoyed at any time of day and night, being equipped with gazebo, tables, chairs, barbecue, umbrellas, deckchair and a large and comfortable hammock. Here, during the day you can have breakfast or lunch, sunbathe lying in the hammock or on the deck chairs, protected by large umbrellas, while, in the evening, you can dine there cooking on the grill in the barbecue or, in comfort, making yourself bring home all the food you want from the various deliveries.
At the exclusive disposal of guests there are also, at the foot of a centuries-old mulberry tree, an elevated private swimming pool and a parking for two cars.
Each apartment is equipped with:
