Small villa with large garden

The house, as you can check yourself from the photos, has different comforts, 2 bathrooms both with shower, an outdoor shower, air conditioning in every room, high specifications in interior and exterior cladding. An outdoor canopy with a table where you can have lunch or dinner, a barbecue, etc. The interior and exterior furniture allows each guest to have his own relaxation corner.
The sea can be reached either on foot or by bike, the marina is about 400 meters, I recommend the use of the car to observe both the baroque churches of Ibla, Modica and Scicli, and the beaches of Randello, Punta Secca, Donnalucata or the Irminio river reserve reachable by car in 5 -15 min.
