Inside the property, fenced and under video surveillance, there is a two-level house with 3 apartments with independent entrances, two of these, on the garden level, are intended for welcoming guests, the upper floor belongs to the owners. Guests will be able to park their car inside the structure by entering through the automated gate in full autonomy and at any time.

Thanks to the numerous agreements with recognized and experienced tourist agencies and guides, it is possible to organize itineraries to discover Matera and all the tourist attractions in the surroundings. The apartment, recently built and finely furnished, allows you to recreate the warm family atmosphere, under the banner of excellent relaxation and clean air.
