In a nice and quiet in Languedoc Roussillon setting, this little villa will seduce you with its comfort and modernity.
It consists of 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet separate, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker), of a living area, dining room with TV, reversible air conditioning, and a pantry comprising an iron with ironing board and a washing machine.
Possibility of 5 beds with sofa bed.

Séjour très agréable, région très intéressante

Deux semaines en hiver dans ce joli coin de l'Hérault. Logement très joli et confortable, chauffage au top, hôtes très sympathiques. En plus nous avons bénéficié d'un superbe beau temps. Un grand merci à Nathalie et Roger, nos hôtes.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très discrets. Le gite est très agréable aussi bien pour l'extérieur que l'intérieur. Le logement est très propre, meublé, décoré avec goût et équipé de tout le nécessaire, ainsi qu'un stationnement privé pour la voiture. Nous recommandons fortement cette location Bernard et Chantal

Die Lage ist ruhig. Da die Fugen in den Räumen leider nicht mehr komplett sind, hatten wir nach vier Tagen Ameinsenstrassen in den Schlafzimmern und im Bad/Toilette. Wir fanden selbst im Bett unserer Tochter Ameisen. Ein Tag später bekamen wir Pulver, welches die gesamte Zeit auf dem Boden blieb. Allerdings kamen jetzt keine Ameisen mehr. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet.

Superbe location

Tout est impeccable , le logement , petite cour entretenue , les propriétaires super sympas et à notre disposition pour tout renseignement. Même les constructions de logements à côté ne sont qu’un épisode temporaire de bruits dans la journée mais pas gênant puisque le région est tellement intéressante pour les visites ( en plus du muscat de de leurs vins de montagnac à découvrir ) . Bref , pas d’hesitation pour cette excellente location et merci à Roger et Nathalie .

Une maison accueillante

L'arrivée est très facile puisque les propriétaires vivent a côté, Roger est très sympathique. Une maison très fonctionnelle d'une grande propriété, avec une terrasse agréable malgré les nouveaux voisins a venir.... Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Superbe villa à recommander les yeux fermés !

Villa contemporaine, extrêmement propre , très bien agencée, fonctionnelle, décorée avec soin où l'on se sent immédiatement chez soi ! Cuisine bien équipée (il ne manque que des fourchettes à escargots !!!), chambres avec écrans télévision et literie confortable. Electroménager de qualité. On peut aisément profiter de la terrasse et des transats. Quant aux propriétaires voisins Nathalie et Roger, ils sont adorables, discrets et serviables à la fois. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour et nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés. Merci Nathalie et Roger !

Très bon séjour dans cette belle régions . Des belles villes comme Pézenas, Bézier,Sète,Marseillan.... Des plages propres et grandes. Des Tielles et coquillages très appréciable à déguster. Des propriétaires très accueillant,disponible et à l'écoute de leurs hôtes, une location très agréable. Je recommande sans hésiter.
