Cottage for 6 people in the village of Caux, 5 minutes from the city of PEZENAS.
(Possibility to rent two gites side by side according to the schedules for a maximum capacity of 16 people (5 rooms in the farmhouse of the small road and 3 rooms in the Mazet of the small road).
You will stay in a house of 100m2, on the ground floor, atypical with its cement tiles and ideal for the quiet of the place.

The cottage includes a beautiful spacious living room, air conditioned for 2020.
You will enjoy an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave ...).
A dining area to enjoy eating together.
A lounge with TV to relax.
Three bedrooms including a parental (with shower room) + second bathroom.
Side relaxation you will enjoy two courses with different exhibitions and dining area on both sides. Free WIFI. Parking in the yard.

The center of the village of CAUX is located 200 m with various shops (bakery, butcher, pizzeria, restaurant, Tobacco, Coffee ...) and you can on Friday morning enjoy regional products in the market place of the village. From its medieval heritage, CAUX has preserved important vestiges full of history. Here is a circuit that brings the visitor to the discovery of a village in circulation, between vineyards and scrubland.

The town of PEZENAS (town of MOLIERE) is 5 minutes by car or you can stroll through the historic center and visit several craft stalls, "MIRONDELLA DEL ARTS". A big market in the heart of the city every Saturday. Very dynamic in summer you will have the choice among many restaurants, various festive and cultural events, its "summer" on Friday evening and night markets, to make this city attractive. You can enjoy the municipal swimming pool in the summer season.
