A large town house in a quite area, perfect for a home from home. This property comes fully furnished with everything you need. It has a washing machine and Microwave. It has free WiFi router and smart tv.

The patio is a nice feature for enjoying the sun . The property has benefited from a refurbishment. You can walk to the centre of Boston , with 10 mins and it has a path all the way into the centre.
This large townhouse is perfect for a home-from-home, ideal for families or travelling professionals.

Fully furnished with everything required for a stay including a washing machine, microwave, free Wi-Fi, Smart TV and much more, this property was given a full refurbishment bringing it into a modern age with all the latest tech.

The property features a decorated pagoda over the rear patio allowing you to relax in the garden without the worry of sun burn, or getting rained upon.

Being a short 10 minute walk from town, this properties location is ideal for any guest. Neighbouring our flagship hotel, The Quayside, if you don't want to cook, you're welcome to pop to see our staff who would be happy to serve you drinks or food.

Family break

Lovely time with three generations. Property lovely and spacious, only complaint would be the creaky floor in ensuite bedroom and upper stairs. Apart from that everything good.

Great house for large families/ big parties

A bit further out than we hoped (my fault) Lovely house with lots of rooms Good communication with vendor. No code sent and no info pack in house. We repaired the loo seat as was broken when we got there. Lovely comfy beds and clean rooms. Thank you for our stay.

So many problems

The linen was clean, fresh and new. The wallpaper was peeling, there were 2 sticky patches on the carpet. The kitchen and dining room had a 'oily layer' according to our friends who arrived first. They went out to buy cleaning products. The dishwasher was dirty. Door handles wobbled. The curtains weren't big enough. Lights sometimes flickered in the bathrooms and kitchen (dodgy wiring?) We won't be staying with Smart Move in any capacity again.
