aucunes possibilités de contacter l'hôte avant le séjours, aucune réponse au mail et au telephone.Personne pour nous accueillir, juste un passage furtif le lendemain pour encaisser.Pas de WIFI de tout le séjour, malgré nos demandes.La pompe à chaleur, extrémement bruyante,collée à la fenêtre de la chambre. Selon l'hôte, "nous ne sommes pas tous sensible de la même façon aux bruits" .....Environnement industriel avec le service technique de la ville opératif des 8h ........
