This completely renovated cottage is located close to one of Denmark's best sandy beaches in Marielyst and contains i.a. outdoor hot tub and activity room with table football, billiards and Nintendo Wii. The cottage has an open kitchen combined with the bright living room and contains i.a. ceramic hobs, fridge with freezer and extra fridge. From the living room there is access to a good large wooden terrace. The living room contains TV with many channels as well as German and Danish channels, free, wireless internet, DVD player and wood burning stove. Large, nice wood stove. Two bathrooms, both with underfloor heating. Washer and dryer in one bathroom. Large activity room with billiards, table football and Wii as well as two sleeping places on sofa bed. In addition, there are three bedrooms with ample space for a cot in two of the rooms. There are also two baby chairs. Two lovely terraces with lots of good space for cosiness, nooks, sunbathing and relaxation in the whirlpool, where you can enjoy the nice warm water in all kinds of weather. For the little ones there is a play tower, swing and trampoline (used at your own risk / insurance). The plot is fenced and suitable for families with small children. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
