Nice stay in a wonderful place !

House is large, well equiped, confortable and the sea view is wonderful, even better than the photos on the website. Good communication with Raquel. The only little shadow on the horizon arrived at the end of our stay when asking a possibility of to extent our stay until 2pm since the house was not rent the following days. The owner obliged Raquel to ask us an additionnal significant amount for only 2 hours extension, Finally, we had to leave early to avoid heavy trafic jam but the feeling of rapacity dozing just behind to get as much money as possible was unpleasant. This is such detail which makes the difference between "Excellence" and "Very good" in an overall rating.

Thank you for your comments Jean-Christophe, I am glad that the stay, the house was to your liking. And my dealings with you too. I would just like to point out that the late check-out has a cost for management reasons with the cleaning company. Since they clean by areas and having to return or wait, has a cost for us in terms of staff, kilometers and management. As you know, all hotels and tourist establishments charge an extra for late check-out. In addition, there could be another immediate check-in at any time and this would make it difficult to manage the cleaning process to have everything in order before 16h. This means more staff and faster work. On the other hand, the early check-in is totally free of charge if the house is ready, because we do not encounter this problem and therefore it does not cause us any inconvenience. I hope that my answer has been to your liking and above all that you have understood it. I look forward to seeing you again. And thank you for your stay. Rachel
