Apartment was in a perfect location in Monti, very walkable area with restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive to pre-arrival inquiries. The bed was comfortable and the sofa pulls out into a second bed which was already made up for us. WiFi was good, air conditioning was a plus, shower pressure was amazing.I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to a friend.

The apartment was in the perfect neighborhood for us. There’s a wood-fired pizza place next door that we enjoyed as well as many excellent restaurants. Most of the sites we wanted to visit were within walking distance, but ordering a taxi was easy.The apartment was clean and comfortable. Since the bedroom is at the back, we didn’t hear any street noise.I only cooked once, but the kitchen had everything I needed. Having a washing machine was especially convenient. The only thing I can suggest is to add a lamp in the living room. It’s dark. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for our first time in Rome. The location was great, the host provided several local recommendations for restaurants which was so helpful! We were also able to stay cool with the air conditioning during the heat wave. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment

The apartment was exactly as advertised. It was quiet and a little dark, which was great for sleeping. Very clean and excellent location. They accommodated our late arrival, for which we were thankful. If you are over 5'10" you will have to watch your head in the doorways.

This was a wonderful stay in Rome, the property was perfect location and so cute in such an old building! Clara. Lorenzo and Arianna were all excellent to talk with! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay there again!

Location, location, location! Our stay was great! Clara was always quick to reply with answers. The condo had great air conditioning, which was a must in the 85 weather we had. It’s very centrally located with no more than a 10-15 minute walk to most attractions. It’s located in a very quaint side street with bars and restaurants right below. The only trouble we had was with the washer/dryer combo. Washed great, but the dryer didn’t. We did small loads and were still left damp so we ended up hanging clothes to dry which was fine. When we come back to Rome, we would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay in Rome at this apartment!! Loved the decor and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the washer/dryer!The just was really nice and very responsive. The location was perfect, so close to many of the things we wanted to see and so many great restaurants in walking distance. Looking forward to visiting again someday!!

Our stay was in May 2026 for 2 adults. The property was wonderful. The mix of old construction (wood beams and brick) mixed with newer renovations (furnishing, paints, fixtures, etc.) was perfect. Location was excellent; 10min walk to Colosseo, Foro Romano and Vittorio Emanuele, 5 min walk to Cavour train station and one stop to Termini for other sites. We even walked back from the Vatican (50 min). The apartment is surrounded by restaurants and bars. Owners were very responsive to questions and met us at the apartment to check in. Probably the best VRBO we've stayed at. We would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Rome. The location was perfect- just a few minutes walk from the Colosseum and within walking distance or a short cab ride away from the rest of Romes attractions. There were several nice restaurants right near the apartment. I loved the vibe of the area. The apartment was well stocked. The host even provided some drinks, snacks and a few items available to cook. The apartment was historic but had all the modern amenities from the kitchen appliances, great air conditioning, and washer/dryer which is rare for Italian rentals the hosts were extremely responsive via WhatsApp when we had questions or needed anything. You will not regret booking this apartment.

From the initial communication throughout the entire stay the hosts were amazingly friendly and helpful! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3 and in an excellent location near the colosseum and walkable to almost all Rome sites. Safe area with a plethora of restaurants nearby.
