Exclusive villa with maximum privacy. Located on the seafront of Torre Suda a few meters from the sea, the villa extends over 1000 square meters. The design furniture offers a familiar and comfortable environment. Surrounded by green spaces with Mediterranean vegetation and relaxation corners. Furnished with taste and great attention to detail: the furnishings and accessories are design. You will be free to access a terrace where you can have splendid breakfasts and dinners, also taking advantage of our private swimming pool or if you prefer a relaxing siesta surrounded by greenery.
The villa has 5 bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, a large living room overlooking the pool and an equipped kitchen. The car park with automatic gate can accommodate up to 3 cars.
The swimming pool with dimensions of 8x6 meters, has an entrance with steps to access it more easily or simply relax by the pool with a drink, its maximum depth is 1.40 meters. The swimming pool can be heated to 26° on request, to make pleasant to stay in the pool.
The wi-fi is free (download 25 Mpbs), the gas barbecue for outdoor grilling. There are two courtesy bicycles at your disposal to turn on the cycle paths of Torre Suda. The sea on the front is formed by very accessible low rocks, there is a door that allows direct access. Check-in from Saturday to Saturday
