Fantastic and relaxed house, packed with all that you may need
The house located in the Perithia, despite having it's address marked in some maps as Pelekito , and ..that's probably the only thing is is not what I expected. Everything else was above an beyond. There is a good place for sleeping of 4 person. House was super-clean for our arrival, including oven and all the kitchen things. There is an induction (?) stove and oven for baking stuff plus a lot of small kitchen utensils - all what you can think of - is included. As a bonus - double-walled beer mugs in the freezer. Plus some wine and etc as a greeting. There are air-conditioners in every bedroom with a clever monitors for closed windows and signs everywhere to ensure proper cooling and even a separate set heating fans. TV in central room has Netflix/Amazon .. already signed-up and configure plus good selection of international channels - British, German, Dutch, Ukrainian, Spanish and so on.. Separate room works as a laundry and ironing place - again, all included , with instructions!
Outside - nice medium-size terrace under a white canopy and a hammock in the corner of the yard under loquat tree. From the property to the beach it normally took me 20 minutes to walk or 5-6 minutes by car. You can also enjoy the tranquillity of the mountain roads around.
Owner was also available to help via WhatsApp and on-site providing guidance and useful insights .
Definitely recommended for people that want to relax. Or maybe to have house as a calm harbour.
