We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a small building and consists of a large room with 2 single sofas and a double sofa bed; kitchenette equipped with fridge and freezer, induction burners, electric oven and dishwasher; two double bedrooms, one bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together, bathroom with shower and sink; bathroom with toilet, bidet and washing machine; to top it all off a beautiful and large terrace overlooking the sea.

Important Notes:
- the guaranteed parking space of the property is only one, therefore customers traveling with 2 cars will have to independently search for the second parking space nearby

- deposit (mandatory): 300.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
