Spacious new central apartment in Old Town with air con, wi-fi

This modern spacious apartment is situated a short stroll down to the Old Town.

The 2nd floor apartment has an elevator from the underground garage all the way up to the very large communal roof terrace which has BBQ and toilet facilities and fantastic views across to the sea.
There is a large living/dining area with large flat screen television, comfortable seating and dining table and chairs. There are patio doors leading out to a small wrap round terrace.

The well equipped kitchen has separate area with washing machine.

A double bedroom with ensuite bathroom also has an extra bed.
The second bedroom has bunk beds and a single beds so perfect for children and young adults.

There is also a separate shower room.
he apartment has air con throughout and private parking in the underground garage.

The property was fantastic and had everything we needed and more.The check in process was easy with the key to the apartment in a lock box with a code.It was in a fantastic location and was only a 5 minute walk to the beach and town with many shops and restaurants.I would definately stay here again.

Great location

Very comfortable apartment close to the activities in Old Town. Not sure when built but everything is still like new. Great central location in the Algarve. Parking in basement was nice. Would definitely stay there again. Loved it!!

Great location

The apartment was in a great location close to restaurants, bars and amenities. It was minutes from a taxi stand, 5-minute walk to the beach in a quiet residential area. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had air conditioning. We would stay there again as the location was perfect.

Very Enjoyable Stay

Stayed in this property in July 24 for a week and would strongly recommend apartment, Family of 4 was very comfortable. All rooms were air conditioned and all rooms are accurate to the pictures provided on here. Apartment is located roughly 200 yards from the outskirts of the Old Town strip and it is a 5 min light stroll to the beach (return walk is slightly uphill but not difficult). Aldi and Lidl are located about 10 min walk away but this is a steep uphill walk. Wifi within apartment is good and a very large smart tv is in the sitting room. Apartment block was quiet in so far as we met very few in the building. Only drawback is that the late night party goers can make noise on the road as they head home (please note that you cannot hear the music form the Old Town Bars within the apartment) A very good stay and would definitely recommend, we will be back next year

Wonderful spacious apartment

We had the privilege of staying in this wondeeful apartment for 12 nights. We have been visiting Albufeira for 13 years and always book self catering apartments. We are a family with 3 children, all various ages and this apartment was spacious enough that they didnt get in each others way. 2 of my children have Special Needs and this was ideal for them to break away for down time. The apartment is a 5- 10 minute walk down to the beach and the old town with its variety of bars, restaurants and shops. It has 2 good sized bedrooms with plenty of storage. The lounge is beautiful and a very well equipped kitchen. It has a massive roof terrace with beautiful views across the skyline of the town and out to sea. We had issue when we arrived. I messaged the contact and it was sorted straight away. Both myself and my family really enjoyed staying in the apartment and would very much recommend to family and friends. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Très bien

Appartement très grand et bien aménagé. Très bien situé à proximité du centre et des plages et en même temps au calme le soir. La terrasse sur le toit mériterait quelques aménagements supplémentaires. Plus de chaises et tables et la plupart des lumières ne fonctionnent plus c'est bien dommage pour le soir.

Ruhige is großzügige Wohnung in Albufeira

In der ruhigen und großzügigen Wohnung ist man quasi abgeschirmt vom Hotspot. Die Dachterasse ist sehr schön, drei Stockwerke über der Wohnung, während unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir sie nicht mit Nachbarn teilen. Eine sehr schöne Wohnung für uns als Familie.

Ótimo apartamento.

Apartamento maravilhoso, confortável, grande e todo equipado. Possui duas casas de banho do quais foi possível usar a ducha em simultâneo sem qualquer problema. Apartamento está próximo ao centro e da praia, mas sem barulho dos bares e restaurantes e é de fácil acesso. Terraço possui uma bonita vista da cidade e do mar.

Tres bel appartement et très bien situé. Par contre la propreté est plus que limite, le week-end impossible de contacter l agence (heureusement qu ils ne s'est rien passé de grave dans l appartement) et les équipements annoncés ( draps, sèche cheuveux , fer à repasser) sont arrivés petit à petit dans la semaine ( ne soyons pas pressés)

Gostamos Muito deste Apartamento!!! E Alugarei no Futuro

Tudo quase perfeito? de detalhes a meter a ponto nada de grave, mas que podem ajudar, começamos pour les interrupetores muitos a qual falta de informação um dia chegamos e não havia bebida fresca e a maquina sem lavar um interrupetor que julgava-mos clima cozinha e era o corte da maquina de lavar loiça e frigorifico uma etiqueta colada no botão ligado ou desligado,seria o top entre outos rien de grave em nossa casa sabemos o funcionamento na dos outros mas descobrimos tudo . O só inconveniente é a pressão da Agua muito muito muito fraca não podem tomar um duche ao mesmo tempo e pior se de outros apartamentos tomarem ao mesmo tempo impossible . Não uma critica a pressão da agua é da companhia mas bem estudado uma bomba de pressão a entrada do andar daria jeito seria possivel? senão nada a dizer Que de Bom . Palmira Almeida
