The accommodation, of 71 m², furnished with very good taste and modern, has direct views of the sea and the marina of the city of Las Palmas, capital of the island of Gran Canaria
In the heart of the city, it is surrounded by shops, bars, restaurants, and leisure areas and is very close to the well-known Las Canteras Beach.
It is an ideal apartment for families, located opposite the port market, which also has a parking space in the building itself, making it ideal for guests who wish to move around the city and the island using a private car.
The building has a lift and inside the flat, which has 2 bedrooms and a maximum capacity for 4 people, you will find an iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer and radio.
The property's kitchen is American-style, has a ceramic hob, and is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen equipment, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and juicer.
Key Collection: The keys are collected from a coded mailbox located in the city, near San Telmo Park. Before arrival, we will send detailed instructions for easy and autonomous access.
