The villa is located on the ground floor and features 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen satellite TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a fridge, a washing machine and an oven.
Guests can swim in the outdoor pool or relax in the garden and make use of the barbecue facilities.

Located on a hill in the northwest of the Istrian peninsula, about 8 km from the coast, Brtonigla is the ideal place to escape the noise and bustle of the coastal cities. Here you can enjoy local wine and food and spend the days discovering Istrian towns on foot, by car or by bike.
