Situated in Kaštelir in the Istria region and Aquapark Istralandia reachable within 24 km, Villa Silvano & Nadija offers accommodation with free WiFi, a children's playground, water sports facilities and free private parking. Einfach herrlich!

Ein wundervolles Haus, modern eingerichtet und großzügig ausgestattet (wie auf den Fotos zu sehen ist). Die Gastgeber sind großartig: sehr freundlich und großzügig. Unkompliziert, sie sprechen deutsch, was uns die Kommunikation sehr erleichtert hat. Organisation der An- und Abreise war super. Wenn man etwas auf dem Herzen hat, wird sehr schnell reagiert und geholfen. Der Pool wurde engmaschig gereinigt, Spielsachen sind vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Anlage wärmstens empfehlen. Sollten wir wieder in der Gegend Urlaub machen wollen, dann gerne hier!! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

it will be our pleasure to host you at our beautiful Villa Silvano & Nadija. My name is Sabina and I will be with you from the very beginning of your reservation till your arrival. Together, we will go through all details that you will be interested in and you would get my full support during the booking of your ideal summer vacation.
The owner of the accommodation is Ivana, my sister-in-law, who will meet you on the arrival day and escort you on departure. She will show you the entire Villa so you could be able to enjoy your perfect vacation to the maximum.

Villa Silvano & Nadija is a new and modern decorated villa that provides all the comfort of a great summer vacation. It consists of 3 comfortable and vast bedrooms with private bathrooms. Each room has a private TV and a Wi-Fi coverage throughout the whole accommodation. The living room with the dining and the kitchen, form a common open space decorated also in a modern style. The contemporary kitchen contains all the necessary tools and utensils that will make it easier for you to prepare delicious meals and delicacies for your whole family. Within the villa, there is a summerhouse that contains another kitchen and an additional restroom with a washing machine. This separate unit is designed as a place for socializing and enjoying warm summer days as well as relaxing evenings. This kitchen is also well furnished with all household devices so that you can always have in your hands a cup of coffee or a good glass of wine. Next to the villa and the summerhouse, there is a large swimming pool, perfect for hot summer days. If our content did not impress you, our Villa also offers a separate playground with a badminton net or a mini football goal that can also be used as a floating water polo game. Of course, there is also a trampoline that would make happy even the smallest members of your family.
So, the only thing you have to do is to book our Villa Silvano & Nadija as soon as possible and start your perfect summer vacation right away.
