Iole Boutique House

At the center of the old town of Naplio, a manor house built in the 1860's and renovated in 2019, located in one of the most historical street of modern Greece. It combines the looks of a historical building with the amenities of a modern house. You can enjoy your spare time in the living room with the fireplace, the wine cooler and the cigar humidor. The back yard is the place where you can relax in the hot tub, enjoy a drink in the outside bar or cook in the barbeque.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home! The location was perfect for enjoying our time in the seaside village. We could walk to restaurants and shops so easily. Then it was nice to come home to such a pretty porch to relax and enjoy the evening. The kitchen was well appointed, the beds comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. Highly recommend this place for your next visit here.

A great place to stay

House is right in the middle of the old town with excellent access to the old quarter.House accommodated 6 of us easily.House was well presented.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic property, we loved it

The only complaint is that there actually isn’t a dryer, only a drying rack. Everything else was great.

The perfect stay in Nafplio

Our family had a wonderful stay in this home in Nafplio. It is centrally located, easily walkable, with parking nearby. The home was comfortable and had everything our family of eight needed and more. The host was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. Don't hesitate to book this home!

Beautiful place in charming old city of Nafplio

Wonderful stay for our visit with two teenage sons and my in-laws. We were all comfortable and enjoyed the proximity to the charming town of Nafplio. The host was very quick to respond and the apartment had everything we needed. Thank you!

Perfect location in a lovely town.

We loved staying in Nafplio and this lovely house is in a perfect location. We loved the outdoor patio with the hot tub, table, grill, and lemon tree which was producing. Ioannis was very prompt at answering our questions. City squares, shops, restaurants, seaside, were all in easy walking distance.

Oldtown Nafplio

We enjoyed our stay at the Iole Booutique House in the oldtown of Nafplio. The house was perfect for our group of 8 (4 couples) with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen/sitting area with a dining table that had plenty of room for all of us. We also enjoyed the hot tub and spending time sitting in the enclosed patio area surrounding it. Most importantly, the location was perfect for a visit to Nafplio. It was within walking distance to almost everything we needed (great restaurants and shops, harbor and steps to the Palamidi fort). The house was a little musty when we first got there, but this quickly cleared up after opening windows and running the dehumidifier. I highly recommend a stay at this house for a visit to Nafplio if you have a group of 6 to 8.

Great location, Lovely town.

The property is on a quiet street just a block from the old town main street. Perfect location. The apartment is lovely and the photos of the property are accurate. Communication with owners was clear and timely. We loved Nafplio and would highly recommend this apartment.

Beautiful town and property!

Nafplio is a quaint and charming town. Not too small but not too big either! This property was perfect for our group of 6 adults. We did not think we would use the hot tub in the warm weather, but due to record rainy days on our visit we used the hot tub every day! Nice to have just in case! Super clean and well-maintained property. It had everything we needed and more. Easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and the water front area.

Wine country

Took a day trip away from Athens to the Peloponnesus wine area. Such a great idea. This VRBO was better than advertised. Not too many European VRBO’s have hot tubs. Napflio is precious and we wished we had stayed longer. You will not be dissatisfied. Check in/out was a breeze.

A Dream Come True

This was our sixth time to Naflio and it was the best ever! Our property was superb and the grandchildren were in the hotter before I returned from paling in the FREE lot! We loved everything about the VRBO. The location allowed us to shop and take short trips to our sites. We went to Asia Moni ( a small and delightful 1000 year old Byzantine chapel and convent, ferried to Hydra, hard a very long visit in Tiryns archeological site. We also took a day trip to Mycenae with time to dine with the locals there. This is a must stay VRBO. It is perfect!

Great Stay!

This property was amazing! Very close to everything! Very clean. I really liked that all my questions were answered very promptly! I even left a gold necklace and they sent it back to me by mail. My family and I had a pleasant stay.

Perfect location to enjoy Nafplio

We three generations loved our stay at Iole (once we found it!). There was a musical concert within the block on a Saturday night, and a wedding on Sunday. We were only blocks from Syntagma Square and every part of the center city. We would choose Iole again!

Hawai’i meets Napflion

We had an excellent stay . I only wish we stayed longer. The house is amazing, well appointment. It was spotless. It’s right in the middle of the town and easy access to restaurants and shopping. The property maintenance manager made sure that we had everything that we were our stay was perfect.We’re looking forward to a return visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality.
