Villa del Mar is located between the towns of Arrecife and Playa Honda in the most exclusive beachfront residential area of Lanzarote, La Concha. Right on the seafront. Just a few steps from the sandy beach. Feel the sea breeze. Savor the solitude of the beach at dawn in this idyllic place.
Villa del Mar is mainly used as a private retreat for the owners and is available to selected guests for part of the year. The owners fell in love with Villa de Mar at first sight as it offers a unique location, stunning views and exclusive facilities to enjoy a great time on Lanzarote in all seasons.

Sunshine, Views and Pool
Enjoy all day sunshine, breathtaking views over the ocean towards Fuerteventura, La Concha beach, the volcanoes and fantastic sunsets. Relax on the ocean view terrace or on the exotic pool terrace surrounded by a tropical garden. Enjoy a barbecue by the pool. Walk straight from the garden door to the beach. Take a walk or a bike ride along the 17 km long boardwalk (Arrecife-La Concha-Playa Honda-Puerto del Carmen) with stops in great restaurants and bars.

Beach
The sandy beach at La Concha feels like a private beach for guests at Villa del Mar. As soon as you leave the garden door and cross the small boardwalk, you are standing on the beach. The water is crystal clear. Due to its shell-like shape and location, you can usually enjoy swimming without a lotof waves. That also makes it ideal for children.

Villa del Mar is just 10 minutes by car from the airport and within walking distance of the beach restaurants and all the shops and services in the residential area Playa Honda.
The villa is situated in such a way that it protects the terraces and pool area from stronger winds on most days. The pool is maintained weekly, as is the garden. Cleaning and maid service is available on request up to daily (afternoons).
Parking is available directly in front of the house in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Luxury and Comfort
Villa del Mar was completely renovated in 2022 and 2023 for the owners to create a exclusive living, working and holiday environment for themselves. You will therefore find high-quality installations, fittings, accessories, decorations and pieces of art that are clearly different from regular holiday accommodation.
The villa has 330 square meters of spacious living space with sea views , a private garden and a solar-heated pool. There are two floors: the ocean view level and the garden/pool level.
There are 5 bedrooms in the house, 3 of which are on the ocean view level and have en-suite bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms on the garden/pool level share a large bathroom and a separate toilet. The ocean view level is equipped with air conditioning. There is another toilet in ts area.
All bedrooms in the house have double beds and spacious fitted wardrobes. One features extensive sea views the others precious garden views.
The master bedroom has a large glass door overlooking the sea, with access to a big terrace with ocean view. It has a spacious bathroom with Jacuzzi with ocean views and a large dressing area.
The living and dining area on the ocean view level is approx. 120 square metres in size and has an access to the ocean view terrace The ocean view terrace is approx. 60 square meters and is equipped with awnings, a lounge area and an extendable table to enjoy meals with a view of the sea and the beach.
The living and dining area is equipped with a large screen TV, Apple TV and a Sonos sound system. There is also a portable Sonos speaker that allows you to enjoy music in other parts of the house.
Next to dining area there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with ocean and garden view.
On the garden/pool level there is a kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge, which makes a barbecue or a meal on the covered terrace next to the pool even more enjoyable. This area also hosts a pool billiard table.
The covered pool terrace offers a lounge area, a large extendable table and a bar with a sink. In the pool area there are several hammocks and a Balinese bed for you to enjoy the sun and the warm weather of the island of Lanzarote.
The whole property is secured with direct alarm system and CCTV cameras. Connectivity is provided with outdoor and indoor Wifi and high speed internet connection.
In case you are planning to work from Villa del Mar desk, working chair and large Monitor can be provided (additional charge).
There is a local guests service available 7 days a week.. Check-in and check-out are done personally.

Sustainability:
Villa del Mar is almost completely independent of external electricity. There is a large photovoltaic system with a large capacity battery that also supplies electricity after daylight hours. The pool is heated by solar heating, which is supported by an electric heat pump. We currently see that around 90% of the property's energy consumption is covered by these systems.
