La villa tiene 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, uno con bañera y ducha. La planta baja tiene un pie en la ducha, ambos tienen duchas de hidromasaje. Tiene una gran sala de estar con cocina equipada y todos los electrodomésticos incluyendo lavavajillas etc. Hay un WIFI y TV con todos los canales en inglés, hay un DVD y video y también un sistema de música para radio y Cd. Hay WIFI en la villa. En el exterior, hay una piscina climatizada con escalera romana para caminar en ideal para los niños o cualquier persona con problemas para caminar azulejos patio tumbonas sombrilla, mesa y sillas para sentarse y comer. Hay una ducha solar exterior por lo que dependiendo de las condiciones meteorológicas duchas calientes se pueden tomar fuera. Dentro de 200 metros, hay un supermercado que vende todo lo necesario a la llegada y la tira y la playa principal está a menos de 400 metros de distancia. El casco antiguo y el puerto están a menos de 600 metros y es un paseo constante a lo largo de una carretera plana que en Carmen es bastante raro.

Great house with pool near the beach and main strip

The house is lovely and spacious with everything you need. It really is very well equipped, good tv with UK / Irish channels, Bluetooth stereo, loads of kitchen utensils and glasses, dishwasher, bedding, towels, sunbeds. The owner called us before and explained everything we needed to know. The pool is great and has sun all day. Location is good to, few minutes walk to little shop or the Main Street by the beach with restaurants and bars. It’s actually very quiet too with no traffic noise or bars close by. You could easily manage without a car. Taxis are cheap and easy to find. All in all we had a great stay and would happily return.

Villa was lovely centrally located with lots of bars, restaurants & supermarkets nearby. Very quiet road. Bedrooms were a bit dated beds were comfortable but pillows need updating as very soft and flat. Door wouldn’t shut on the wardrobe. Bathroom was clean with plenty of space shower powerful just lacked hot water. None in the morning so it was cold showers and evenings was a rush to get a hot shower.Kitchen clean and modern plenty of space enough of everything except tall glasses for soft drinks Lounge big with a big tv just no uk channels but the view from the balcony was beautiful loved nothing more than sitting there anytime of day with a drink and that view. Outside pool was lovely and warm. Also kept clean with the pool guy coming twice a week to maintain it. Place to sit in the shade sunbeds were ok and a massive umbrella you can put up for shade as well.Would I stay again yes I would. I know what to expect and nothing put me off. I’d go again just for the view

Wonderful villa , everything that we could have hoped for , location perfect close to main but peaceful, pool amazing , owner very helpful always available , couldn’t have asked for more apart from more days there as was only a short stay , would love to go back

Lovely Villa.

We had a girlie getaway for 4 days. The location of the villa was perfect for bars, restaurants and shops. The pool was fabulous. The view from the upstairs terrace was beautiful. The kitchen was well kitted out but would benefit from a few small extras like a chopping board and a few more wine and tumbler glasses. Overall a lovely stay in a lovely villa. Would definitely stay again.

Good location but known issues let it down

The location is good. Central town but up from the Main Street so peaceful. The villa has a good sea view from the balcony The pool although small is heated and private. The first floor is the living area and is nicely set out. The ground floor is where the bedrooms are We had issues with this area and notified the owner direct of these. Unfortunately we did not hear back from them. The issues will have been known to the owner for some time

Great Christmas holiday

Stayed with our son and girlfriend over Christmas and had a great time. The villa has everything you need, great heated pool, cooker hob ,microwave , coffee machine washing machine and dishwasher. 2 bathrooms. We really enjoyed ourselves and would recommend to anyone.

July holiday

We loved the location of the property and it had everything we would need, the owner was really lovely and talked me through how to check in over the phone, when we arrived the pool was abit murky so I texted the owner and she had a pool guy come and sort it within the hour so the service was impeccable the only thing that disappointed us abit was that we had to put euros in the air con unit for it to work, normally if aircon is stated on a advertisement it comes with the property free so having to out 3ish euros in each night to stay cool to sleep was Abit annoying as normally when I would stay in a villa we would have the air on on most the night and some of the day, other than that the stay and accommodation was perfect would 100000% recommend xx

Excellent property and location to Puerto del carmen

Really good property, excellent location. Property was very clean. I would highly recommend staying there. Minor downside, leaves from nearby trees blowing into the pool. But propriety was excellent.

Great place to stay

Confortable place to relax and spend some days. Well located. The only down wide is that fridge was not working. We thought It was just taking longer to cool but It wasnt. Food turned bad second day. Other than that, i recommend the place.

Big birthday trip

Great villa, very well equipped, great having our own pool, great location to supermarket, beach, bars and restaurants, no more than 10 minute walk and the weather was superb at 30 degrees plus, hence the pool was a welcome treat 🌞🌞

My Hen do!!

Villa was absolutely spotless and was much bigger than we expected. Very well equipped with everything that you need to feel at home. The location was perfect as the villa is set back in a quiet location ( so peaceful when you sleep) but within 5/10 mins walk to the beach, restaurants and bars!! We enjoyed our break for my hen do so much and thinking about returning with family and friends next year 😊. Great communication with the hoist before travelling out which put me at ease. We only had a minor problem on our check in ( that’s why I have rated it 4 stars on this section only) as the outside gate was locked so our very kind airport transfer man climbed over the wall and got the key out the key safe for us and let us in. I communicated this with the villa owner and she apologised sincerely as she thought the pool maintenance man must of locked it by mistake before our arrival. The villa owner was very accommodating with our departure which made up for our check in 😊 Hope to visit again one day xx

Summer holiday

I picked this villa due to it's close proximity to the main strip in the resort and it did not disappoint! It's only a 5 minute walk downhill to the main beach road where there are loads of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a little supermarket a couple of minutes walk away and a larger one about 4 minutes walk. I like to have the option to have the privacy of a private space and own pool on holiday and this villa was perfect. Set on a quiet residential street it had everything we needed for our stay. Fully fitted kitchen with everything you would need to cook if you want to. Washing machine, dishwasher and private outdoor drying area which was very handy for getting all the holiday washing done before you head home. Every bedroom had ample wardrobe space and hairdryers in every room too! Very clean, regular pool checks. We were unfortunately here while the heatwave was on so the pool was an absolute godsend and so was the many tv channels for times when my girls found it too hot to go outside. They loved having Netflix and Disney+ which we didn't expect and was an absolute bonus. Hubby was also happy with the sports channels and the britsh tv channels. I would definitely recommend this villa and will be back. Hosts were always available if we needed anything. Can't forget to mention sitting on the upstairs balcony with breakfast and the amazing sea view! Loved that!!

Fabulous

This was our first stay at Casa Blanca. It is a lovely, spacious, tastefully-furnished, clean and tidy villa in a quiet part of Puerto Del Carmen's new town area, despite it being only 5 minutes' walk from the beach and the lively Avenida de las Playas with its bars, shops and restaurants. Its own heated swimming is cleaned regularly, and there are plenty of sun loungers available. Other advantages are the air conditioning in the bedrooms, its two bathrooms, lock-up safe and the excellent quality free wifi. The beds are very comfortable, the first floor balcony has a really nice view, and there is a fully fitted-out kitchen if you're not wanting to eat out. If you have hired a car, there is plenty of on-street parking directly outside the villa. Alex the host is very friendly and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this villa and will have no hesitation in booking it again.
