The open plan kitchen and living area has a large bay window offering breath-taking views over St Ives Town and Harbour and is furnished with two trendy armchairs and Smart TV.

The newly fitted kitchen boasts oven with hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, Lavazza coffee machine and a half size dishwasher.

There is also a dining table with seating for two.

This flat is on the 1st floor and has been renovated in the past few years. All the appliances were in very good condition. The view of St. Ives and the harbour is beautiful. I could look out the bay window for hours watching the tide and weather change. Parking is tight if you arrive in an automobile. GF
