Un tres bel appartement, spacieux, calme et agréable.La résidence est vraiment parfaite : sécurisée, plusieurs piscines a disposition, un bar privé pour les locataires et accessibilité avec la plage a 15mn a pied environ.En janvier, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place pour se garer facilement.Je recommande vivement ce logement.L’accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire est aussi a souligner ??

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Sie befindet sich in einer großen Anlage mit Pools etc., aber ist durch die Randlage dennoch relativ ruhig. Es ist alles da, was man braucht (Geschirr/Besteck/Töpfe/Gewürze/Spülmittel,…). Die Möbel sind zum Teil etwas abgewohnt, aber für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Vom Balkon aus blickt man auf eine Brachfläche, sieht aber auch aufs Meer (Sonnenuntergang) sowie auf die Gebirge rund um den Teide. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe war einfach & freundlich! Gerne wieder! :)
