Unique Duplex in Playa Paraiso in front of the sea in a luxury residence

Adeje Paradise’s complex is located in Playa Paraiso. Our amazing duplex is composed of a kitchen open to a living room, 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathrooms 1 shower room and 2 terraces, WIFI and parking in a luxury private residence in the earth of Playa Paraiso.
The complex was built in Arabic style (unique in Tenerife) with territory 4 swimming pools (one of them is heated from October to April and one for children), restaurant (Chiringuito) and Club house with a game room. It is a quiet and respectable place not far from the sea and 5 minutes to Adeje. The pool area has deck chairs for sunbathing and free WIFI. It’s a complete relaxation and harmony with nature, ocean and best Spanish weather.
The apartment is a wonderful top duplex with fabulous views. Guests will enjoy of 1 double bedrooms with double mattresses and 1 twin bedroom. Each one of them has its own wardrobes and exterior access. The bathroom has hydro massage bathtub for those who want to relax and the shower room has a comfortable big shower area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils for 6 guests (dishwasher, coffee pot, fridge, freezer, toaster, oven). The living room is composed of a comfortable sofa (it simply folds out to become a double bed) and plasma TV. Washing machine and ironing facilities are also provided.
The apartment has 2 terraces with sea view and the residence has 4 swimming pools (one of them is heated from October to April and one for children).
The complex is very neat with tropical gardens. The games room has table tennis, table football, billiards, reading space and free WIFI. The complex has its private security and vigilant guard every day and night. A restaurant (Chiringuito) where you can have drinks and typical dishes is open all year long.
This is ideal for those who want a good tourist infrastructure, nature, sports but yet a relaxing holiday. This stunning Townhouse is situated in a quiet quarter of the Adeje Coast, only at 5 minutes from the exclusive Playa del Duque, with 6 outstanding Golf Courses within 20 km around, the famous Siam Park is situated at 10 minutes and bus stop to Costa Adeje is in front of the residence.

Great apartment

Lovely decorated apartment. Very clean and good location. 2 larger pools and one small pool. Apartment well equipped and good communication with Irene who let us in and showed us around. Would recommend.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views

This is a luxurious duplex with 2 terraces with ocean views. The apartment has everything you need and is very tastefully furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the living room is very bright. Quiet complex and clear starry nights!

Great proximity to the beach

This property was exactly as advertised. It provided everything my family needed for an excellent stay in the Isle of Palms. Very clean and comfortable for our large group. We definitely would choose this property as a place to stay in the future.

Tenerife villa

Fantastic property in lovely well looked after complex .. Couple of things needing attention in the villa but were sorted out fairly quickly . Only small issue was the very small water tank so we had to space out our showers and wasn’t really big enough to even half fill the spa tub with hot water .. but I guess in the summer that wouldn’t be an issue .. Wouldn’t put us off going back again though .. Lovely relaxing location and accommodation

Beautiful Views & great location but would suggest getting a car

We arrived late as our flight was delayed by 3 hours which meant we were charged a 30Euro late fee, so please be aware if you are late the fee is charged. As a couple we found the apartment to be comfortable, spacious & wonderful views. The bed was comfortable & shower lovely. I agree with other reviews if you are going to use the hot tub the hot water goes very fast, but we preferred to have cooler showers anyway. The apartment felt lovely but it is tired in little bits so take note of the damage done by others so you are not charged for it. We hired a car and the location was spot on. Security gates and guards were lovely. The pools are beautiful & yep the normal scramble for shade & sun lounges happens in the morning. We went to Siam Park for a day & top tip you can park for free at Siam Mall & walk across (5mins) to Siam Park. We also went Whale Watching with Tenerife Sailing Charters which was beautiful. Again we found free parking & walked along the beach. Very pretty to see Hard Rock Hotel all lit up at night. We shopped at Lidl which was 5 mins drive away & shuts at 10pm. We ate out down the hill at Roca Negra (Pizza's were lovely but the seafood grill was cold & really poor , cocktails were Yummy - stick to the pizza). The complex pool bar/ restaurant was open when we stayed there. You put 1 Euro deposit for a cup & one pint of San Miguel was 2.90 Euros. The apartment has a 50/50 fridge/ freezer which was handy, and all the equipment you need. However it would of been a nice if they provided bin bags, just a little thing that sort of is expected when paying for a property stay. Wi-Fi worked well & on the balcony's of the apartment. Parking was easy. We loved the apartment & would return.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit zwei Bädern und zwei Terrassen; die Anlage ist gepflegt, die Lage ruhig und trotzdem nahe an den touristischen Einrichtungen; der Service vor Ort war echt super, vielen Dank an Irene, die uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand; die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht, ist sehr geräumig und gut in Schuss gehalten; Parkplatz direkt vor der Türe, 24-Stunden-Security; insgesamt echt gut - wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder

Ruim appartement met een leuke ligging in een mooi complex

Mooi en ruim appartement met 2 mooie terrassen en een aangenaam uitzicht.Gelegen in een mooi complex met een goede poolbar/eetgelegenheid.Je merkt wel dat alles (naar schatting) 20 jaar oud is: kraan badkamer boven lekt, toiletten blijven soms doorlopen, voegen douche en zwembad hebben kleine herstellingen nodig, keukengerei heeft zijn beste tijd gehad. Maar dit zijn slechts details in een zeer aangenaam appartement.Wij hadden een leuk verblijf.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Aussicht

Wir waren 8 Tage zu dritt in der Wohnung. Mehr als genug Platz, wir haben die Frühstücke am Morgen und die Abendessen am Abend auf dem Balkon geliebt.Der Sonnenuntergang ist wunderschön über dem Meer zu sehen.Die Wohnung ist schön groß und relativ gut ausgestartet.Einziger Hinweis, man merkt, dass die Wohnung schon länger als Ferienwohnung dient.Viele kleine Flecken an Wänden, Sofa, etc. Alles schon bisschen verbraucht. Die Grundausstattung an Salz, Gewürzen, Geschirrspüler, Geschirrspültabs, etc. sollte meiner Meinung nach größer sein. Wir mussten alles selber kaufen.In Summe hatten wir aber einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.Besonderen Dank an Irene, die super erreichbar und hilfreich war!

Très beau duplex dans une belle résidence 🏠

Parfait pour un séjour en Octobre . Résidence très bien entretenue et surveillée. Parking très utile . Appartement très beau et parfaitement équipé. Les deux terrasses sont extra , avec coucher de soleil en prime . Communication excellente avec l’hôte. Un seul petit bémol : l.isolation phonique entre les appartements n.est pas à la hauteur du reste . Mais les résidents sont très calmes

Es hat uns sehr gut in der Unterkunft gefallen. Einziger Manko war, dass Ballspielen am Pool verboten ist und an der Poolbar schon 30 Minuten vor der Schließung nur noch wenige Getränke angeboten werden.

Traumhafte Wohnung in perfekter Anlage

Wir haben schon oft in dieser Anlage gewohnt, aber diese Wohnung gehört zu den Schönsten. Von beiden Terrassen kann man den Blick aufs Meer genießen. Die kleine Überraschung mit dem Whirlpool in der oberen Etage war perfekt. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und auch zur Verwalterin Irene vor Ort ist problemlos und überaus herzlich. Vielen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft hat zu 100% der Beschreibung und den Fotos entsprochen. Die Wohnung und die Anlage sind in einem sehr guten Zustand. Wir waren zu zwei Paaren in der Wohnung. Der Platz war ausreichend und die Terrasse perfekt für 4 Personen und man hat einen perfekten Blick auf den traumhaften Sonnenuntergang. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Séjour de 3 semaines

Logement très agréable et très bien situé car proche de l’autoroute qui emmène aux plages, aux parcs aquatiques, aux magasins …. Sans prendre la voiture, il y a également tout ce qu’il faut aux alentours. Les piscines sont très agréables et propres. Le restaurant de la piscine est également très bon.

Sehr schöner Urlaub in einem tollen Appartement

Das Appartement hat einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und befimdet sich auf einem Areal, dass über einen 24Stunden Sicherheitsdients abgesichert ist. Wir waren 10 Wochen dort und haben uns immer wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mir Maria und dem Eigentümer waren perfekt. Ein Auto ist empfehenswert. Wir kommen wieder.
