Luxury villa with private swimming pool located in Kolymbari, Chania, in Western Crete. A Perfect place where a large family or group of friends can enjoy a wonderfull holidays.
Situated 23 km from Chania, 11km from Platanias and 6 km from nearest beach Kolymbari.
The villa is an ideal starting point for lovers of nature. The house is 150 sq.m in a plot of 1000 sq.m accomodated for 9 persons with a large garden with flowers , lemon trees, olive trees and grass .
On the groundfloor we have 1 living room with kitchen in one plan and 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms one with jacuzzi and one with shower . In the second floor there is 1 livingroom with 1 sofabed and 2 bedrooms with 1 bathroom.
The house is surrouded with balconies and a large veranda with a beautiful view to the White Mountains .
Nearest taverns, restaurants, super market , pharmacies, and bank are between 3km Deliana village - 6km Kolympari.
Rotunda villa is authorised from EOT with Greek tourist license
Villa Rotunda have an appointed Villa Manager who will take care of your every need. Our Villa Manager is reachable at his phone day and night taking care of your requests and questions. Transportation as an option, in villa Rotunda we can arrange a car to collect you at Chania International Airport and we will bring you there upon departure. Also, we can help you to arrange car rentals. Cleaning Services , in villa Rotunda we will prepare your rented villa in a spotless manner with our professional and complimentary cleaning service. We will deliver your villa clean and ready and will bring it back in it's original state after your departure. If needed, we can optionally arrange daily cleaning services.

Wonderful place

Very nice host, the house is clean and nice. The location is impeccable with a great view. is located quietly and is perfect for those of us who want to relax. short distance to most beaches and hiking areas. We had a great week here

Paradise in the Olive Groves

This house was fantastic and so is George the host. The house in located in Chania region about 25 minutes from Old Town and Harbor. The house is located in a grove of Olive Trees and is well maintained and well stocked. Pool was perfect and house was very comfortable with all amenities. George provide many goodies include his own Olive oil. George was always willing to answer questions and help with any detail. A really nice guy and host. We had 8 people and everyone enjoyed the peace and quiet and air conditioning in each bedroom after a full day of exploring Crete. We spent many nights drinking wine by pool and enjoying the fresh air and great views of Olive trees and mountains. The second and most important part for us was the location. We went to Elafonisi beach, Paliochora, Balos and Falassarna. We also hit some wineries and monestaries. Kolymvori area has many restaurants and super duper markets about 8 minute dtlrive from house. The house made it extra easy get comforts and cut down about 25 minutes going and coming to some of these amazing places. The drive to Chania town was 25 minutes with 15 of that on a main highway. This allowed us to be In the middle of the action very fast and then escape to peace. We also could hit the south and West part of island that are amazing much easier and quicker. Anyhow, highly recommend house and George is a wonderful host.

Von Anreise bis zur Abreise alles perfekt! Sehr herzlicher Empfang, Abholung in Kolumvari und Begleitung zum Haus. Hier üppiger Empfangskorb mit Lebensmitteln für den ersten Tag. George war jederzeit erreichbar und stand mit Tipps und Hilfe zur Verfügung! Reinigung und Wechsel der Handtücher/Bettwäsche 1mal pro Woche! Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Maison très agréable, cadre magnifique si vous aimez la nature et le calme. Grande piscine et très belle vue en terrasse. La piscine peut être un peu froide parfois quand il y a du vent mais rafraîchissante quand il fait chaud.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir machen als Familie viele Jahre schon Urlaub in Ferienhäusern. Dieses Haus war bisher das Beste, das wir gebucht haben. Das Haus war sauber, in besten Zustand und hatte alles, was das Herz begehrt. Alle Familienmitglieder haben das Haus genossen. Der Vermieter war zu jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns überaus herzlich empfangen. Alles war so, wie es im Inserat angeben war. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

reposant et magnifique

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans la villa Retounda. George nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli avec un panier plein de victuailles, le frigo rempli de bonnes choses de la région et l' huile d'olive de sa propre production. la villa est bien située dans l'ouest de l'ile, au calme, au milieu des oliviers avec une vue imprenable, à 10min de la petite station balnéaire de Kolymvari qui possède de très bons restaurants locaux. Si vous avez besoin de calme et de sérénité, c'est l'endroit idéal.

Parfait emplacement pour visiter tout l’ouest de l’ile

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette double villa. Nous occupions la partie droite qui dispose de la meilleure vue sur la vallée et les montagnes enneigées. Très très paisible, en plein milieu de champs d’oliviers. Très bien placée pour accéder à tout l’ouest de l’île. La villa est un peu à l'écart dans l'arrière pays à 15 min de Kolymbari et commerces variés. Très bonne Taverna sur Spilia, et très bons restos sur le port de Kolymbari. Très bon agencement de la villa, bien équipée et chambres très bien insonorisées (idéal avec enfant en bas âge). George est très accueillant et disponible. Beau panier de vivres de bienvenue ce qui enlève le stress de l’arrivée dans un lieu vide. Notre coup de cœur : la crique wave and rock avec sa jolie plage et son resto, à 30 min. Important: nous sommes venus fin mai donc hors saison. La piscine (et la mer bien sûr) était un peu trop froide! Mais surtout nous avons évité les hordes de touristes.

Sehr schön uns sehr gastfreundlich! Großer Korb mit leckeren Köstlichkeiten zur Begrüßung,! Toll

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Haben uns überwiegend draußen aufgehalten und alles genossen. Schlafzimmer und drei Bäder waren ausreichend in der Größe. Wohnzimmer etwas klein, hat uns jedoch bei dem tollen Wetter überhaupt nicht gestört. Die Schränke unterhalb der Treppe sind etwas mit Vorsicht zu genießen da man sich gerne am Geländer der Treppe anstößt. Haben sie dann etwas nach vorne gezogen, dann war es besser. Pool ist super schön. Abends haben wir oft gegrillt. Alle paar Tage kam eine Putzfrau und es gab neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Sehr guten Kontakt zum Vermieter. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich denn in die nächste Stadt sind es schon ein paar Kilometer. Haus ist umgeben von Olivenbäumen. Wirklich schön. Vom Nachbarhaus bekommt man wenig mit da es nicht einsehbar ist.

Bel endroit au calme

Belle villa très bien située avec piscine. Service ménage au milieu du séjour avec changement du linge de maison. Très bon accueil du propriétaire avec tout plein de petites attentions. Supers prestations, je recommande vivement !

Beautiful Villa

Amazing holiday, the villa was beautiful, clean, modern and had everything you would need. The views was spectacular and if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing break, I throughly recommend this villa. It is remote and the nearest beach is approx 20 minute drive away. George, the owner was extremely helpful before we arrived (always very quick to respond by email) and throughout our stay, we were greeted with a hamper of food and drinks, including several bottles of George's homemade red wine & olive oil, which were delicious. These extra personal touches made a real difference. Crete is a stunning island, where we found everyone to be really friendly and helpful.
