Ocean Terrace is a modern apartment near La Zurrriola beach with an amazing terrace of 40

sqm. It is located in Gros, just 10 minutes walking from the Old Town and the city centre. Gros

is a popular neighborhood in San Sebastian, famous among surfers and there are great cultural

entertainment options, such as the Jazz Festival or the Film Festival.



The apartment has been remodelled using first rate materials and furniture, and it is

completely equipped. It is situated on the first floor of a modern building with elevator.

There are two double bedrooms, one single bedroom, a lounge-dining room, two bathrooms

with shower and an open plan kitchen, equipped with all the appliances and complete

kitchenware

The main bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm, an ensuite bathroom, and faces Zabaleta

street. The second bedroom has twin beds of 90 x 200 cm. The third bedroom has one

individual bed of 90 x 200 cm. These two bedrooms face a quiet interior patio.

It is perfect for a small family or for two couples that are looking to spend their holiday in San

Sebastian thanks to its great location. This apartment has no private parking but you will find a

public parking 150m away.

    Amazing city and stay!

    We loved the apartment and neighborhood! La Zurriola offers all you need for beach, cafes and shopping plus a quick walk to Old Town and La Concha. It's more neighborhood and feels lived in than La Concha in our opinion. The apartment is lovely our only suggestion is to add full length mirrors to the bedroom. Three women for 7 nights without a mirror was a challenge:) Our flight from NY to Madrid was cancelled and our host was very flexible in moving our arrival day and greeting us for check-in.

    Spacious flat with great terrace

    Flat was great, very modern and very clean. Great location, quick walk to Old Town and beaches of San Sebastian. Really spacious terrace (useful if not raining!). Check in with owner, very helpful and friendly. Only negative was a bit cold in March.

    Great Stay In San Sebastian.

    We really enjoyed our stay. The property is very well located and has a really nice deck to relax and overlook the city. Easy to get around and just 2 blocks from the beach!

    Me ha gustado la ubicación y la comodidad del apartamento pero sobretodo el trato recibido por Borja antes de reservar. Le llamé por un alojamiento que ya no estaba disponible y estuvo pendiente por si se cancelaba y al no ser así me asesoró de otro y le hicimos caso y fue un acierto total. Me pareció un trato muy cercano y personal y creo que eso lo transmite a su equipo porque el señor que vino a abrirnos el apartamento también de 10 explicándonos donde estaba todo en la cocina e informado de lugares para visitar. Muchas gracias a los dos así da gusto. Nada

    Lo recomiendo ampliamente

    El piso es muy amplio, bonito y práctico. Su ubicación es genial! El servicio de Iberorentaparments es excelente. Me tocó dormir en la cama matrimonial y siento que el colchón ya está muy viejo y usado, sería muy bueno reemplazarlo.
