Hi I’m Carol. This is our second year living here full time, we’ve holidayed in France for many years and bought our first holiday home here in 2016, we decided to move over to France in July 2020 and purchased this property specifically so others can enjoy this beautiful area too.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura
The setting for this property is beautiful, we’re on a very quiet back road overlooking Montignac De Lauzun and beyond we own 6 hectares around the property and the views here go on for miles and miles, sunsets here are stunning too, the lounge has floor to ceiling Windows to enjoy the full aspect, there are many shaded areas and large undercover terraces or pop into the pool room terrace to enjoy your morning coffee, outside the kitchen the terrace has an ancient grape vine if your lucky enough to be here when they’re ripe you can pick straight off the vine, we have a woodland and plum orchard to explore if you wish. We are 1 mile into the local village which you can walk along the mostly shaded country track without going onto the road. If you have any questions please message.
