About this property

Cosy flat close to the beach in Avenida Tirajana

The flat is located on the first floor of the Tamaran complex which is accessible by lift or stairs. Refurbished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, whether it is short or long term.

It consists of a bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. In the living room you have a sofa bed, TV with national and international channels, and Internet with wide WIFI signal. You will also find a spacious balcony with a table where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or dinner with views of the swimming pool. If you prefer to eat indoors in the kitchen, you can do so while watching TV if you feel like it.

The complex has a children's pool and another for adults which you can access from 09:00 to 18:00 hours, lie in the sun loungers, sunbathe or spend a little time under the umbrella enjoying a nice read or just relaxing. All without paying anything extra for it.

Outside the building you will be on one of the most popular avenues in Playa del Inglés, Avenida de Tirajana. Restaurants, supermarkets, bank, car rental and bus stop are all close by. It will be very easy to find everything you need to enjoy your stay.

With a short walk you will enjoy the best beach of Gran Canaria, as at about 700 metres you will find the beach of Playa del Inglés and at about 900 metres you will find the Dunes of Maspalomas. If you want to walk along the avenue of the Faro de Maspalomas it is better to take a car or go by bus, it is about 3.6 km away.

As for leisure activities, the Cita Shopping Centre is 600 metres away and the Yumbo Shopping Centre is 900 metres away.

It really is a wonderful place, great location and it has everything you could ever need (though maybe some tea/coffee/salt pepper etc would be a great addition). Stayed there before and I would definitely stay there again

Well situated for beach, shopping centres. Regular local bus services pass close-by.The two swimming pools were cleaned daily with the sun-beds neatly arranged each morning. A few guests rushed out each morning, (08-00hrs) to 'reserve' their favourite beds - Spanish Costas style.Our host was most helpful.

Todo bien con Heinrich, lo único que el alojamiento olía mucho a tabaco cuando fueron a limpiarlo y no está permitido fumar. Me habían comentado que fumarían en el balcón y les había autorizado siempre que estuviera la puerta del balcón cerrada, pero no debió ser así.

Wij waren er 6 nachten en het appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien. Omdat het op 1 hoog was hadden we wel wat geluidsoverlast van de club die zich onder het appartement bevind. Ook de weg geeft geluidsoverlast van auto's, bussen en brommers. Daardoor moesten we met het raam dicht slapen wat wel wat benauwd was. Het appartement vonden wij helemaal goed! Netjes en schoon!

Bra kontakt och återkoppling från värden. Hon var mycket hjälpsam. Allt stämde bra med annonsen. Läget passade oss perfekt. Nära till restauranger och pubar, lite längre till playan. Lugnt och skönt. Trevligt poolområde. Endast två kvällar på en månad blev vi störda av oljud från gatan.

Immer wieder!

Wir haben zu zweit in diesem Apartement wunderschöne 7 Wochen verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, ordentlich und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Das gesamte Objekt macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, der Pool wird täglich gereinigt, um die Außenanlage wird sich sehr gekümmert, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fußläufig sind viele Geschäfte und Restaurants zu erreichen, ebenso wie die Bushaltestellen, man hat gute Verbindungen in alle Richtungen der Inseln und auch zum Flughafen. Teresa ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns bei der Anreise schon vor dem planmäßigen Chekin in die Wohnung ließ und zur Begrüßung eine Flasche Wein hingestellt hatte. Auch zwischendurch hat sie sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkündigt und Hilfe angeboten, die aber nicht nötig war. Wir würden hier durchaus wieder Urlaub machen. Mit besten Grüßen Anke und Günter

Empfehlenswertes Apartment

Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt, auf dem schönen, großen, geschützten Balkon mit Poolblick haben wir sehr gerne gesessen und Gefrühstückt. Die Betten waren bequem und hatte zusätzlich Steppzudecken, wir konnten gut schlafen. Es war alles so wie auf den Bildern vorher zu sehen war, einzig die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein, z.B. einen Deckel für die Pfanne, und eine größere Pfanne, Schnebesen, oder Gemüsereibe. Trotz der Lage an einer Hauptstraße war es ruhig, gleich gegenüber gibt es einen deutschen Metzger und eine Deutsche Bäckerei. Wir haben 6 schöne Wochen dort verbracht und können das Apartment weiterempfehlen .
