Elegante apartamento vacacional Málaga centro de estilo dúplex totalmente nuevo de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en pleno casco antiguo de Málaga.



Esta lujosa propiedad está ubicada en uno de los edificios históricos más emblemáticos de Málaga en la Plaza del Teatro, mezclando arquitectura local tradicional con diseño contemporáneo, decorado y amueblado con gran atención al detalle.



La primera planta se compone de un luminoso salón comedor con ventanales de suelo a techo, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de última generación, un dormitorio con dos camas individuales y un amplio baño con bañera.



Una escalera de mármol nos lleva a la segunda planta donde encontrará el dormitorio principal con una cama doble grande y un segundo baño muy amplio con ducha. Ambos dormitorios cuentan con grandes armarios empotrados. El diseño diáfano de ambas plantas permite la entrada de luz natural en toda la propiedad.

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment idea as advertised and we loved the location, the modern design, the comfort of the unit, the clear communication with management. Really our only tricky issues was that Malaga was experiencing extremely hot weather at the time and the building the apartment is in has a weak AC system so at night, even with fans, we wet very hot. But it’s a systemic issue with the building and likely only an issue during extremely hot weather. Otherwise we had an excellent visit and would recommend this accommodation.

Amazing apartment - highly recommend

Gorgeous new apartment in an elegant quiet building close to all the action but far enough away there wasn’t much street noise except when Spain was winning their Euro Cup soccer games. It was very spacious with all the amenities needed and the private terrace was a bonus. The air condition didn’t seem to provide much air but the standing fans helped with the July heat. We were here nearly 2 weeks and fell in love with the place. We hope to be back.

Great location, super clean

The apartment was super clean, quiet, and we loved the location. The beds were comfortable as were the sitting areas. Check in was slightly difficult as the street address is around the corner from the entrance, however, this was resolved by persistence on everyone’s part. We enjoyed our stay.

Great stay in great neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay at Teatro II in Malaga. It is located adjacent to a lively area so you have the benefits of good restaurants and bars but it is quiet enough to get rest in the evening. My wife, and two teenage kids stayed in the unit comfortably. We stayed for six nights as our kids were taking a Spanish class for five days which is located close to the unit. The only issue we had was that the unit did not get as cool as we would have liked given the high ceilings. Otherwise, was a great stay. Albert and Ruben from Solaga Holidays were very helpful in the checkin and checkout process. We also got a parking spot and Solaga had one located across the street from the building. Good size unit for four people and great neighborhood.

Great spartment in Málaga

We came for a week and we loved our stay. The apartment is beautiful, very clean. Very easy check-in process and communication was excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and well located, easy to walk to many of the sites, including the beach. Grocery stores and many cafés and activities nearby. Loved the terrace off the bedroom.

Great Place

This apartment was in a great location. We were able to walk to most attractions easily & there was lots of dining, groceries & shopping nearby. It was a nice clean place with a few amenities we Americans are used to but don’t always find. We enjoyed having a terrace in the evenings.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Malaga’s old town. It was very clean and had everything anyone could need. Check in was easy, we were given a tour and told how everything worked. Turn left out of the apartment and there’s 2 supermarkets within 1 minute walk, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants too. Would not hesitate to book this apartment again if we go back to Malaga. Nothing it was perfect.

Lovely apartment!

Beautiful apartment and in a great location. Was very clean and had everything you could need for a weeks holiday. A real home from home. Close to shops and plenty of restaurants and about 15 minute walk to beach, perfect. Communication was great with solaga. Would definitely book again!

2 week stay in October 2022

Spaciousness, outside roof terrace, furniture, cleanliness and central Malaga location handy for supermarkets (MAS very good and convenient), cafes and restaurants. Alex showed us around in a very professional and friendly manner. Communal spaces were light and airy. Bathrooms a very good modern standard and plenty of storage. The only piece of kitchen equipment we struggled with was the electric ignition hob which was temperamental and needs attention. More saucepans. AClock would be useful somewhere in the apartment.

The apartment was centrally located with bars and supermarkets within walking distance. We experienced a great customer experience from José showing us the places to visit and telling us about all the local food dishes to try. We tried them all!

Alles hat bestens funktioniert. Die Fotos und Beschreibung der Wohnung passen gut zu dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt für die Erkundung von Málaga. Natürlich hört man auch Tag und Nacht die Geräusche der Stadt. Die Terrasse ist optimal um gemütlich im Freien zu Sitzen solange nicht gelegentlich die laute Lüftungsanlage stört.
