Enjoy with family this rural villa located in the quiet urbanisation of Sierra Gorda, Coín, with capacity for 10 people. The main house offers a cosy and familiar atmosphere with a swimming pool, jacuzzi included in the price, and a barbecue area perfect for unforgettable moments surrounded by loved ones. Additionally, it has a recreation basement equipped with a video game machine, pool table, indoor ping-pong, stick and table football, ideal for entertainment for all ages. Remember that to respect neighbourly rest, the recreation area must be used between 9:00 and 21:00.



The villa is distributed over two floors, with clear views of the Guadalhorce Valley and an excellent solar orientation. Its terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the views. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped to prepare your meals with comfort. The living-dining room is spacious and has a smart TV to relax after a day of exploration or rest.



The bedrooms are designed for family comfort: a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or groups.



The villa has free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected during your stay.



Its location is perfect for exploring both nature and local culture. Less than 10 minutes by car from the centre of Coín, you will have access to restaurants, leisure, supermarkets and a shopping centre with cinemas. You will also be able to visit iconic places such as Caminito del Rey, Barranco Blanco or Refugio de Juanar, located less than 30 minutes away. In addition, the urbanisation offers paddle tennis courts, children's parks and walking areas to enjoy with family.



The access road allows comfortable access to the property, located in a child-friendly neighbourhood and in a rural environment that invites total disconnection.
