This lovely mid-terrace house rests in the village of Y Felinheli near to Bangor and can sleep five people in three bedrooms.
The Summerhouse is a mid-terrace house situated in the village of Y Felinheli just three miles from Bangor in North Wales. Hosting three bedrooms, including a second-floor king-size with an en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size and a ground-floor single, along with a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to five guests. There is also a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a balcony. Outside there is off-road parking in bays outside the property on first-come, first-served basis, and the decked balcony has outdoor furniture, with communal lawns to the front and rear. The Summerhouse is an ideal place for exploring this beautiful part of North Wales.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Smart TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking in bays outside the property on first come, first served basis. Glass and wooden decked balcony with table and chairs off sitting room. Communal lawns and gardens to the front and rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Due to the height of the decked area, children should be supervised at all times. Note: Set over three floors with a spiral staircase linking the first and second floor, children to be supervised and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. No BBQ provided, (no disposable BBQ's to be placed on decked area). Note: Not suitable for infants (under 2) – infants not permitted.. Note: Maximum of 5 guests.

The village was formerly known as Port Dinorwic and is home to a small yachting marina and an interesting lock allowing access into the Menai Strait and out to sea. There is a local shop, Post Office, pubs, a restaurant and a café. Enjoy visiting the town of Caernarfon to see the historic sites, head to Bangor for a lively atmosphere, and spend days exploring the Isle of Anglesey and the Snowdonia National Park.
