Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Poor, disappointing start at check in the key holder was 90 minutes late, on inspection to our holiday let, broken lamps, no coat hooks, adequate mirrors, kitchen utensils or kitchen equipment, lack of towel rails, hairs found in the bedding, no mattress protectors on the bed, second day the boiler broke down numerous calls to report with broken promises to be fixed, we all spent the remainder of the stay without hot water and central heating.
