VIVA Casa da Vila is a spacious villa ideal for groups and large families next to the beaches of Porto and with easy access to the city centre. It is a very well equipped family house and is located in one of the quietest areas of the city, once a picturesque and traditional fishing village in Porto. It is a two-storey villa with a maximum capacity of 8 people, with three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one with two single beds). The house has a bathroom with shower and a toilet.

Well-positioned / big accommodation but not well maintained

Benefits:- Well-positioned (30 minutes from center of Porto through the bus)- Big accommodation (3 rooms / 4 beds)Drawbacks:- Only one shower for 6 people ...- Broken chair- No coffee machine for 6 people, no toaster (bought during the vacation and refund by the manager)- No light in the staircase (repaired during the vacation)So globally a good apartment but not enough followed by the team in charge of it.

Great spot

We stayed for five days in October; the apartment had lots of space for the five of us. It is located close to the water and restaurants. The unit and the neighbourhood were both quiet. It’s easy to get downtown by bus,tram or Uber. The owner and management company were quick to respond to any questions that we had. The unit is well equipped; we were happy to find an iron and ironing board as we were in Porto for an event. There was a slight musty smell in the downstairs that improved with opening up the windows. It is a great spot in fun location.

Beautiful Stay

We stayed one week in Porto and it was great. The Appartement had enough Space for all 4 of us. Pedro answered very soon if we had a litte problem. The Location was near to the City. We always took Bus 500 and had a nice ride along the douro River.

We had a great stay at the property. Everything was as advertised, and Pedro was easy to communicate with. First night, we took the short walk to the beach and caught a beautiful sunset. Good restaurants within walking distance. Only downside was construction noise in the morning, but construction is everywhere in Porto right now! We loved. Visiting…beautiful city!

Lovely home, perfect location

My husband, our two adult daughters, and I stayed here for a couple of days while visiting Porto. The house, while not in the center of town, is situated in a quaint residential area - close to several restaurants and walking path along the beach, and a quick Uber to city center. The house had plenty of room, the beds were comfortable…we happened to be there during the jasmine bloom, which filled the space with a fabulous scent. Pedro was a pleasure to communicate with; he arranged for our transfer from the train station and offered restaurant recommendations as well. He has a friend who does cooking classes, which seemed wonderful. Unfortunately we did not have time in our schedule, but it might be something to consider. Overall, we would definitely return to the location and stay here.

By the seaside

The house was recently very well modernized and everything worked. It is very close to the beach and is near several good restaurants. It was very practical for us as a family and much quieter than staying in Porto itself.

INCREDIBLE Porto Visit

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Porto. Pedro was an incredible host and met us for check in. He provided so much information and was available 24/7 for anything needed. The location was great, clean, comfortable and roomy. The apartment is close to so many attractions. The ocean was literally out the door and a couple minutes away. The transportation also was easily minutes away and very easy to access all the attractions in Porto. A market is 5-8 min walk away. Pedro arranged transportation to/from the OPO airport and the train station for our trip to LIS. What a magnificent trip. We highly recommend this VRBO apartment in Porto. Thank you Pedro!

Super Stadtwohnung in Strandnähe

Schöne, saubere Wohnung in einem sehr nettem Stadtviertel. Strand und viele tolle Restaurants sind in der Umgebung, ins Zentrum Von Porto sind es 10 min mit dem Bus- am Douro entlang mit schöner Aussichf.
