Great place near train station

Everything was great! 15 minute walk to Colliseum. Further north would be more central to main sites but this was great for us.

Super clean and well appointed apartment. Everything you need and convenient to Rome Termini train station and a few of the must see historical sites. Would rent again

A Great Value

Everything about this flat was great. This place is spacious and clean, had a washer/dryer and air conditioning that we were very happy to use, and its location made it easy to get in and out of as well as around the city with its close proximity to Termini. Communication with the host was a breeze and they had someone meet us when we arrived to give us a walk through of the flat and to answer any questions we had. I definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful upscale apartment near the train station in Rome

Wonderful upscale apartment near the train station in Rome This was a fabulous apartment for the end of our trip making travel to and from the central train station incredibly easy. The apartment was spacious and very luxurious. The bed was very comfortable. The gentleman who admitted us was delightful. The checkout process was also extremely easy with the host taking care of our recyclables and garbage. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in Rome.

Great place but need to address housekeeping issues!

We were very impressed with the property and furnishing. It was clean, spacious and close to the train station for walking with suitcases. We had some problems with the housekeeping people who failed to leave towels and soap for the dispensers. The washing machine was also broke. They attempted to fix but the technician wasn't available until the day we were leaving. I suspect it was damaged but not reported by prior guests? Overall a very good property. They just need to work out the housekeeping shortcomings.

Sisters Trip

This was the 2nd week of our two week stay in Italy. Given our early arrival on the train - they were accommodating in letting us check-in early. Although the apartment had not yet been cleaned between guests. The location of the apartment was walkable to major sights in the city as well as close to the train station. A lot of our favorite restaurants ended up being nearby as well. The overall accommodations and beds were comfortable. However, the dishwasher did not work throughout our entire stay. The hallway bathroom had an unpleasant sulfur smell coming from the shower drain. Directions for trash and use of other appliances was not provided upon check-in. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Rome.

Excellent apartment in an ok location

A short walk from Rome Termini train station and the reviews were the reason we chose this apartment. Honestly we were concerned about the location on our walk there. Definitely not a pretty location, lots of graffiti and overall Rome mess. But honestly it didn’t matter. We always felt safe, our adult son stayed a few blocks away and walked home alone late at night and there was never an issue. The apartment is as nice as advertised. Very clean, modern, nice new beds and beddings. Some street noise. Good AC. Very small elevator. The kitchen was good, but there was no coffee maker. Lots of great restaurants, cafes, bars in every direction. All walkable.

First Trip to Rome

This property was an amazing location and was better than even the pictures showed. Stephanie was so great with communication and getting airport transfers for us. We loved it and it made our first trip to Rome special. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone.
