This place was very cozy and authentic. It was right in the middle of all the action and we were able to walk everywhere. Francesca was a wonderful host, communicating clearly and checking in throughout our stay. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

A wonderful location that puts you in a central location to walk to many beautiful sites. Communication was excellent and Francesca was very helpful arranging transfers and providing information. The property was clean and as advertised, in an area that was convenient and felt safe.

Great flat in a perfect location with elevator. It’s fully stocked with everything you might need and the host is wonderful and very knowledgeable and caring. A nice surprise was finding out about Gogol who lived downstairs and wrote his masterpieces there.

Great central location. Host was very helpful.But, the apartment was not the respite we would have liked. We didn't have the relaxing shower we would have like after a long hot day. Our shower and sink backed up. And, a few nights were very noisy late late into the evening.

Amazing property with old world charm of a historical building in the heart of Rome. Easy access to transit and a convenience store next door for quick groceries. Having a washer was great to prepare for the next leg of travel. Communication was extremely easy. I would highly recommend.

Francesca was very responsive to all communications and check-in was super informative. The location is great. Within walking distance to so many monuments that you came to Rome to see. There’s a very convenient coffee shop next door at street level. Excellent restaurants so close by!! We will come back to this location!!

This apartment is a wonderful gem within close walking distance of many Rome landmarks! It's impeccably clean, in a quiet building, and is full of old-world Italian charm. Franchesca was very communicative and a delight to work with...her restaurant recommendations were spot on! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities, but also with pantry staples and snacks. Would definitely book again!

The property was a beautiful place to stay. It all started with our host Francesca who greeted us when we arrived and explained everything about the property with warm hospitality. She had supplied the property with many things to make our stay as comfortable and familiar as staying in our own home. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and was very spacious for my family of four. We were on the fourth floor and the building had an elevator which not all apartments have. It was centrally located to all the major attractions and shops. We had a wonderful time during our stay and would love to stay again the next time we were in Rome. We would definately recommend the property to our close friends and family.

The apartment was lovely, well located and appointed with excellent beds. Francesca, the hostess, was amazing with lots of insights and tips to fully enjoy Rome and she cares about her guests. Plenty of convenience stores and great restaurants handy.

Great location and host

Francesca was amazing, she allowed us to drop our bags early so we could get exploring. Met us in person and walked us through check-in and the property. Location is central and walking distance to any attraction in center Rome.
