Il est situé dans la Via Gallia, dans le centre de Rome, à proximité de la célÚbre basilique de San Giovanni in Laterano, le Colisée, les thermes de Caracalla, le bureau central de la FAO, theCircus Maximus, la Bouche de la Vérité et les anciennes catacombes chrétiennes sur le Via Appia Antica.
Le quartier est animé et cool: vous pouvez profiter des beautés de Rome et faire du shopping (il y a beaucoup de magasins, restaurants, restaurants) ou vous détendre dans le parc de la Villa Celimontana.

Quiet neighborhood which was a 20 minute walk Coliseum which was nice Rosanna checked in frequently to ensure our stay was going well. Apartment was very big and felt homey and clean.Rosanna left some little gifts upon our arrival which was a nice gesture .Was on 6th floor and only 2 in elevator at a time which was only negative I would share.

Our Rome trip 2025

Rossana our host was absolutely delightful. At check in she shared with us the history of her family in the apartment which was her childhood home. Its perfect for a family of 4 and very comfortable. Close to all the main sites by bus or Uber and the neighborhood had many restaurants and shops. We will always remember our time in Rome.

We were met by Rossana, who was very friendly, helpful and had kindly provided a welcome pack so we didn't need to go to the shops. The apartment is exactly as described, very clean and comfortable, it has everything you need for your stay. It was very hot in Rome during our stay and it was great to put on the air conditioning when we returned, it is very efficient and cooled us quickly.I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay

The property was perfect for our group of 3, comfortable and clean, the balcony was great. The neighborhood was the highlight, shops, bars, eateries, Metra is a short walk and the buses are right there. Rossana helped with maps and recommendations, couldn't have asked for more.

The apartment was very elegant! Rosanna our host had thought of all our needs. We loved the location and all the information given to us when we checked in, from close by restaurants and grocery stores.Coming home after many long tours to this clean spacious apartments was awesome. Our stay was everything we hoped it would be, great location, plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. About a mile from the colloseum and more “tourist” areas. The holiday home is called Le Note di Famiglia (Family Notes) because it preserves family memories and tells them. From the 78 rpm records on the walls that my dad listened to and danced with my mom, to the membership cards for my dad's Veterans' Association, because he wanted to continue meeting with those who fought even after the Second World War ended and seek out those who didn't return, like my grandmother's brother, the youngest of five children, the only boy who "fell" on the Don River, to the black and white photos of happy people at the seaside. In short, this is the family home inherited from my parents, which continues to live with the stories and memories of those who come on holiday.
