You'll find first floor balconies to the front and rear each with sparkling sea views and plenty of seating which are delightful places to watch the sun set after a day on the beach.

The property is split level and on the South-Western side you will find a lovely sitting room with cosy sofas, flatscreen TV and kid's den, this room leads out via sliding doors onto the large decking with plentiful rattan sofa set for you to enjoy the sea views.

Inside the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including dishwasher, Nespresso coffee pod machine, fridge/freezer and additional drinks fridge. The room has a large dining table to seat 8 and patio doors opening onto the South-Eastern balcony and courtyard garden.

There are four bedrooms each with super soft linen and fluffy towels as standard,. On the ground floor there is a twin room with en-suite shower and w/c. The house has private communal parking (accessed via with code to enter the private estate) and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing away sand and salt after a day spent on the beach!

Please note, this property is semi detached and on a family residential estate, it is not suitable for parties or loud gathering. Noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm.
