Esta villa de lujo de nueva construcció es realmente acogedora y bien cuidada.

El entorno está organizado en 3 plantas para maximizar la vista al mar.

La planta baja tiene una gran cocina moderna / comedor (equipada con horno, microondas, lavavajillas, nevera, estufa, sistema de agua de ósmosis) con puertas dobles que se abren al jardín y la piscina (con jacuzzi) : el lugar ideal para relajarse con una bebida en el bar al aire libre. Aquí también puede disfrutar de la acogedora zona al aire libre, equipada con barbacoa, tumbona, ducha, sombrilla, donde puede pasar momentos agradables.
También en la planta baja hay 2 habitaciones dobles (con 2 baños, incluido 1 en suite y 1 en el pasillo) de lujo amueblado con gusto que dan al jardín y la piscina.

El salón principal se encuentra en el primer piso para una mejor vista panorámica; de hecho, tiene grandes ventanas en tres lados que le permiten tener una luz maravillosa y una espectacular vista de 180 ° del mar.
El salón cuenta con TV, DVD y 2 decodificadores satelitales (uno para ver Sky England y otro para Sky Italia se puede usar con la tarjeta que posee).
Desde este salón se puede acceder a 2 amplias terrazas amuebladas, ¡perfectas para observar el mar y los barcos al atardecer!

El sótano (con la posibilidad de acceso independiente) tiene una gran sala de estar (con sofá, zona de TV, equipo de música estéreo), una gran habitación doble (con la posibilidad de separar las camas), un baño con bañera y un lavadero separado.
Esta área también tiene su propio patio y escaleras que conducen al área de la piscina.

La villa también tiene 2 plazas de aparcamiento a la sombra, justo fuera de la casa.

El aeropuerto de Mahón se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche de la Villa, Sant Luis es la ciudad local a unos 8 minutos en coche. Para llegar a la capital, Mahón, toma 15 minutos. El transporte público no es muy eficiente, por lo que es recomendable alquilar un automóvil en el aeropuerto.

Great Villa, lovely views

We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything you could need was provided. A great pool and fabulous views. Owner very responsive and helpful. Area is very quiet and has beautiful rugged coast. We were there at end of October so no local restaurants open but we expected that and not a problem at all as we had a car.

Beautiful Villa

All amenities in Villa you could want, well set out with breathtaking views, easy taxi ride to Mahon, R & R top of the list for our requirements but in easy reach of most places wishing to see. Giorgia very helpful and on the last day we had a late flight, allowed us to stop till it was time to go for flights which was great as we had a five year old child with us. Well worth a visit.

What a fabulous Villa . My wife and i and our friends recently stayed in Villa Binimita . Everything about the property was as described in the details ,very clean ,superbly fitted out with very comfortable beds . all fittings were of a very good standard we wanted for nothing , everything including the pool made this holiday the best we have ever had

Lovely Villa in a great location

Stayed for two weeks at end of September 2020. The Villa was fab with the most fantastic views. The Villa is very well equipped and has everything you could possibly need. Giorgia was so helpful and quick to respond to any queries before our stay and Samantha the same during our stay. There was only two of us but this Villa would suit a Family or group very well as it is large enough to accommodate many guests. The beds are comfy too! We would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely Villa

I have just arrived back from a wonderful holiday at Giorgia's villa in Menorca. When we arrived I found the property to be very clean and well maintained. The online description and photographs are accurate and the area has both restaurants and bars within short walking distance. The towns of San Lluis and Mahon are only a short drive away - I would probably recommend a car although not essential if you are happy staying locally. The local beach at Binifasua is excellent and just a 5 minute walk from the villa. Overall a lovely villa which I am more than happy to recommend.

Beautiful house…close to airport

The location is very good and the house is beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped, air cond in all rooms and the pool is very nice. The only problem of the location is the fact that it is in direct line with the airport track. Takes off and landings are frequent between 7 am and midnight and the noise is strong (you have to stop your conversation while the plane is approaching ). But, suprinsingly, you get used to it.

Fabulous

Stunning villa in peaceful location. Everything you need for a great stay. Comfortable sofa, beautiful terraces and seating areas. Kitchen well equipped. Spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. Modern bathrooms. Great communication with Geogia and Mabi. Would love to come back. Lovely restaurant within walking distance at the bottom of the hill (5 mins walk). Big portions so be careful when ordering chips and salads. Pizzas are amazing. Plus you can go down and order a takeaway and have a drink whilst you wait. Overall an excellent, relaxing time had by all 3 of us 😎 Thank you

Nice villa in a picturesque location

The villa is nice and well maintained in a lovely area. However, the location isn’t great unless you have a car. There are no grocery stores within walking distance - the closest mini market is a cab ride and costs 25euro round trip which is an awful lot if you just need to top up on supplies. Cabs generally aren’t great - there only appears to be one taxi company on the island and it’s hit or miss trying to get a cab. So my advice is to definitely hire a car. The flight path is right overhead but you do get used to that. We had some issues with bugs but I guess that’s to be expected in this type of location. I also expected the villa to have enough cleaning, laundry and hygiene supplies - I get that it’s not a hotel but I had to buy dishwasher tablets, laundry tablets, toilet roll etc etc….at this high price point basic supplies should be provided especially as towels etc only get changed once a week! The hosts is very communicable and I had no issues with her responding and sorting issues out quickly. The basement area with the third bedroom needs updating. Overall an ok experience but not the most relaxing holiday I’ve ever had due to no local convenience stores and flight path. I don’t like leaving mediocre reviews but I think it’s important to be transparent to enable people to make informed choices about where they want to stay and whether to arrange their own transport!

Thanks for your review, however I think before renting a villa it’s important to read all the listing because infos about location, rules, distance to facilities, planes, laundry and cleaning are all well written. The villa is in a residential area and a car is highly recommended. Small animals and insects pass by all the time because the villa is set in the nature…we have done a fumigation for mosquitoes and rats but can’t avoid bugs in the garden… It’s a villa and as written in the rules we provide an initial cleaning and a final cleaning and for guests staying more than one week we leave an extra set of linen to change theirselves. This is all written in the listing and also in the guide we send before arrival time. Extra services have an extra cost. The kitchen has been absolutely provided with liquid soap for dishwasher (not tabs) and the washing machine the same (I have bought them personally and left them there the same day of arrival). We also leave a small welcome kit for cleaning and soap in the toilets. Renting a villa it’s obviously not renting a hotel nor a B&B, however reviews are useful to continue improving so thank you for being sincere. I would have wished a better stay for you but I think the car problem turned your holiday not so relaxing. I’m sorry for this and wish you all the best. Giorgia

A lovely, well equipped villa in a peaceful area

Our family rented this lovely villa in the first week of September. It is in a quiet, residential area with two swimming coves nearby which are both gorgeous with crystal clear, azure water. The villa was beautiful and very well equipped. It has two very nice roof terraces with sea views, where you can spend the evenings star-gazing. The pool is more than adequate to swim in, with a jacuzzi at one end. This is surrounded by sunbathing areas with 6 recliners and plenty of shade. We enjoyed eating out on the patio, often cooking a Barbeque in the evenings with the garden and pool lights on which made it very pretty. The air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms but the main areas of the house did get a little warm and would benefit from fans or air conditioning in these rooms; it was September when we went but still quite hot. Although the house is situated in a quiet area, there are many planes flying overhead but you quickly get used to this and after the first day didn't really bother us. The villa is perfect for a family, with almost a self-contained apartment downstairs, ideal for a granny annexe or for teenagers. All dealings with Georgia were efficient and she was very flexible over dates, allowing us to stay for 8 days rather than the normal 7. The housekeeper is extremely pleasant, efficient and informative. All in all, we all had a very enjoyable holiday and fell in love with the beautiful island of Menorca.

Absolutely beautiful and very comfortable

We stayed at Binimita for the week of July 30-August 6, and it was definitely a wonderful experience! From the moment we made the inquiry about the house to the email we received from her after our stay, Giorgia was fantastic! Very friendly and always available. The communication throughout the process was flawless. She always responded promptly, and was always ready to help and answer all of our questions. We could not be happier that we chose to stay at Binimita. Georgia and Giovanna sure made our stay wonderful. When we arrived to Minorca we took a taxi to get to the house; it does not take long, and it's not expensive. The area where the house is located is residential, you can tell those are all summer houses, all families. Nice area and there is a nice beach close by. Once we were there, Giovanna came to see us to explain everything around the house, and she provided us with some information about the island. We had A LOT of questions. :) Anyway, the house was spotless! Very clean and organized, and definitely very well equipped. There was nothing that Georgia did not think about to make us comfortable, we really found EVERYTHING we needed at the house. We were 6 people (3 couples), and we were all very comfortable at the house. We cooked every day, the kitchen really has everything you could imagine. We used the pool every evening, we believe that was the part of the house we loved the most, haha. We had a lovely stay! And we would not hesitate to return to Binimita. Best week ever, super relaxing. Thank you for a great summer vacation!

Hemos estado una familia de 6 personas y solo podemos decir que cosas buenas de la casa. Muy amplia y comoda y con una piscina y jardin muy acogedor. Toda la casa es muy nueva y bien cuidada. La zona donde esta la casa es muy tranquila y con calitas de agua verde cristalino muy cerca. Repetiremos.

La casa es tal y como se describe, esta muy bien y cómoda. Cuando llegamos fallaron la wifi, que fue subsanada al siguiente día y el microondas, que no pudimos usar. Aparte de esos detalles, hemos disfrutado mucho de la piscina, la casa y sus preciosas vistas

Fantástica

Hemos estado una semana en esta casa y la experiencia ha sido buenísima . La casa es tal y como la ves en las fotos ( cosa que no pasa con otras) aunque en ellas no se aprecia lo cómoda que es la distribución que tiene . Todo esta fantásticamente bien: la situación, las vistas desde el salón,....todo. Y otra cosa ....Llevamos alquilando casas unos cuantos años y nunca había visto una cocina tan bien equipada como esta . Da igual lo que necesites que seguro que hay....es impresionante. Será difícil volver a encontrar una casa así de buena , de verdad. En resumen, muy agradable la estancia. Repetimos seguro.

Tolles Haus! Ganz tolle Vermietern. Kann man nicht alles sagen. Für Flugzeug Fans das perfekte Haus, da man je nach Wetter Abflug oder Anflugschneise ist. Und hat das überhaupt nicht gestört, da wir eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. der Blick vom oberen Stockwerk einfach ein Traum! Wir komme bestimmt wieder :)

Très bon séjour

un très bon séjour dans une villa très agréable et un emplacement idéal ( randonnée , plage,restaurants...etc) Petit inconvénient : le décollage et l'attérrissage des avions de lignes et commerciaux.... Très basse altitude. Ce " détail" n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce.

Die schöne Villa war leicht zu finden und ist toller Lage! Wir waren zu viert und haben eigentlich nur das Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss genutzt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, was wir durchaus auch anders kennen. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin war unkompliziert. Die Villa war sauber, aber es gab auch etwas zu bemängeln. Die Gäste, welche unmittelbar vor uns die Villa bewohnten, haben das Geschirr in desolatem Zustand zurückgelassen, der Grillrost war total verschmutzt und eine Fernbedienung des Fernsehers im Untergeschoss fehlte. Nach mehreren Reinigungszyklen in der Spülmaschine war das Geschirr dann auch wieder sauber. Aber alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und würden die Villa wieder buchen :-) Giorgia war rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hat uns bei allem geholfen!
