Modern, spacious, private, views of olive groves and sunset from pool house

This villa is very private.
There is parking for two cars on the driveway and lots of off road parking.
This is a contemporary villa on two levels. It provides the best of both worlds. Firstly it is in a secluded location, with beautiful views overlooking the Menorquin countryside, making your stay peaceful and tranquil. In addition it is only a quick 10 minute walk to the beach via the cut through paths giving the full on beach experience when you want it.

Inside on the ground floor there is a WC and an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, with all modern amenities including UK free view satellite (BBC, ITV etc.), smart TV with Netflix and also Hifi (with USB/bluetooth connectivity) and wifi etc.

Down two steps from the lounge area and along the corridor are three bedrooms. There are two twin bedded rooms which share a bathroom ( there is a shower over the bath.) The other twin bed room has an en suite shower room.

Walking up the polished stone staircase from the living area to the first floor is the spacious master bedroom and en suite shower room. It has a large patio door leading to an upper sun terrace, with a coffee table and seating for two, and some private sunbathing. There are uninterrupted views over a seemingly endless network of walled wild fields and olive groves..

Outside, the large mediterranean landscaped gardens have palms, bourganvillea, hibiscus, yuccas lemon and fig trees, as well as other typically Mediterranean plants. In the corner of the garden there is a herb garden to add some flavour to your cooking. Wild tortoise are common in the quiet refined privacy of the garden.

There is a generous pool (8m x 4m and 1.9m at its deepest) surrounded by a sun soaked terrace, with BBQ, parasols, sun lounger and a shower. There is ample shade under the cover of the veranda at the rear of the Villa, providing dining for up to ten. Adjacent you will find an area with a beautiful three piece suite and coffee table, where you can relax and enjoy the views over the olive trees and watch the sun go down with a drink. There is a fantastic chill-out pool side room with BBQ and seating, which makes a fantastic addition to the pool environment!

An additional benefit is that there is a quiet shaded seating area, away from the pool, at the front of the house to sit and chill.

Please note we supply linen and towels, as well as beach towels (to keep your luggage weight down) for free!

We provide travel cots, high chair and children's plastic crockery utensils and cups as well as toys for young and old in the villa.

A short walking distance away in Cala Torret, there are many local restaurants to try, and excellent local supermarkets for provisions. There is also a lovely bakery. It takes about 5/6 minutes to walk to Cala Torret. The beach at Binibeca is about 6/8 minutes walk, dependant on pace. We are serious about providing a quality product and have been granted a Touristic Licence by the Menorquin Tourist Board who insist upon the highest standards and amenities.

Please be aware that the electric shutters on the patio windows in the living room have been disabled as too many little fingers have discovered and exploited them to destruction.
All other window shutter are a black out type and are fully functional and hand operated.
