The luxurious self-catering facilities include a fully equipped kitchen with large dining table and ample storage, including fridge space for every guest. Guest Access:
You will have access to the whole house incl. nine bedrooms, the garden, communal kitchen with large dining table & living room as well as the rooftop terrace.
There are four parking spaces on the premise.

The Neighborhood:
Sunset Beach is an up class suburb of Cape Town. There are mostly private villas and guest houses in this neighbourhood.
At the entrance to the suburb, there is a small shopping center with a nice supermarket, wine dealer, Chinese take away and a gas station with a fast food place inside.
In case you wonder: There is a private security service patrolling the area, even though there have been no security issues for a long time.

Getting Around:
There is a bus station around 10 min walk away from the house.
Uber is very common and accessible.
However, we would recommend to have a car. There is parking in front of the house.

Interaction with Guests:
The house manager will be on site throughout your stay.
