Located in a lovely building in a quiet area away from confusion, this apartment will allow you to stay near the Venice Arsenal, which houses the Naval Historical Museum, part of the Biennial exhibition for 6 months a year and the Boat Show in late May-early June. In addition, in 5 minutes you can reach the Biennale Gardens, an area created by Napoleon in the early 19th century, now the main venue for the Biennial of Art and Architecture exhibitions with 29 pavilions. With a 15-minute walk you can reach Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge, while a few steps away you will find the vaporetto stop that will take you to Piazzale Roma or the island of MuranoFurnished with class, with a modern design that combines perfectly with the warm tones of the wood of the exposed beams, this apartment can accommodate up to 5 people and consists of an entrance, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living room with three sofas, one of which can become a double sofa bed, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms with shower. For the comfort of our guests, the apartment has air conditioning, heating, wi-fi internet access, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, as well as all the necessary appliances in the kitchen. In addition, on the ground floor of the building there is a laundry room for common use. Within 450 m there are two convenience stores. Check-in is possible from 15 to 19. The later ones are possible by prior arrangement and with a small extra payment. Upon check-in, the payment of the tourist tax will be required, which is equivalent to 5€ per person per night, and a rental agreement will be filled out and signed, where the details of a credit card in the name of the guests will also be entered as a guarantee for damages.
