A fabulously renovated Georgian Hotel, set in the historic market town of Swaffham, Norfolk.

An opportunity for you to be handed the keys to your own hotel for your stay. The hotel is equipped with it’s own non working bar, and is within walking distance of local, restaurants and shops and bars/pubs.

With a total of 11 en-suite bedrooms, cocktail lounge, reading room, cellar with bar and disco lights, on site bar, 3 separate garden areas with 2 hot tubs, BBQ’s and outside seating, grand dining room and lounge. andfree parking for up to 20 cars, Lydney House Hotel offers something for everyone

This Georgian Hotel has been completely refurbished and renovated with luxury furnishings.

The cellar offers a fabulous space to celebrate and can be hired for private events.

We also offer exclusive use of the hotel for team building/training exercises, a number of corporate firms have taken advantage of this, with the option of booking hotel rooms for the night and we are getting some great feedback. The 18 seat table, large dining room, kitchen with tea and coffee, 11 ensuite bedrooms, games room, use of all facilities is proving very popular.

Please note: We offer a remote check in service where you will be provided with instructions on how to access your hotel room(s).

Norfolk Holiday Rentals are a small family run business based in Norfolk. If a hotel stay is not for you, we currently run 4 luxury properties in Mundesley, Aylsham, Swaffham and Loddon and take pride in ensuring our staying guests have the best experience possible. Our properties are always spotlessly clean and well maintained. We enjoy providing personal touches to guarantee your stay is perfect. We are always on hand to help.

No dogs left unattended

Additional guests are not permitted. The stated maximum occupancy must be strictly observed.

No fires to be lit inside the property at all, not even in the fire places

No Fireworks

No Entering the property unauthorised before the agreed check in time

Check out time No later than agreed

Do not use tape or Blu Tack on painted surfaces, and avoid placing any décor on the walls.

£150 fine applied for breaking of house rules

Please Note: Norfolk Holiday Rentals are on call 24/7 for your stay, however if we are called out to the property to resolve an issue with a hot tub due to incorrect guest usage we will charge £50
