Incredible modern apartment located on the second floor of a beachfront building.

The Sivella II apartment has an elegant style and is located in one of the busiest areas of Puerto de Pollença, close to a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants.

Not forgetting the incredible sandy beach right outside the door!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living room, terrace and an additional solarium on the roof.



The interior of the apartment is modern, elegant and recently decorated to provide an even better holiday experience. Additionally, being located on a corner plot, it allows the apartment to be filled with natural light throughout the day, which provides a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. The family bathroom has a shower. For the comfort of our guests, the entire apartment has air conditioning.



The large gates of the courtyard lead to the front terrace, which offers stunning views over the sandy beach, the promenade and Pollensa Bay.



A flight of stairs leads to the roof terrace, a private area that enjoys the most sensational views and an additional space. For the comfort of our guests, it is not necessary to use a car on this property, however, there is a private parking (gates) available on the premises free of charge.



Is Wi-Fi available in this apartment?



The tourist tax is included in the rates.

Important information to bear in mind:



In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.



On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.



The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Port of Pollencia

We stayed a week during the offseason, it was quiet and relaxing. Enough was open to provide all we needed and enjoyed some fine dining in the neighborhood. We will be back!

Perfect location for beach, restaurants and town centre, stunning balcony view, lovely apartment which had everything we needed for our stay. Wi-fi was useful. Easy to check-in and gain access to the accommodation. Sealand Villas gave us clear instructions on access and check in arrangements prior to our stay and answered queries swiftly. Highly recommend.

This was our second stay at this apartment so expectations had already been set from last year - a perfect setting for a great holiday - good size, all the facilities needed for a 3-week break - ideal location - roof terrace a real bonus. Hoping to return next year! The roof-top terrace would benefit from some kind of sun shade.

Lovely little apartment

The property was clean and easy to find. Just as depicted in the photos, and the location was ideal for walking into Pollença. The only issue we had was that we requested a clean mid-stay, and this did not happen despite confirming it with the property manager. In the end it was OK because we only stayed one more day, but we would have appreciated the clean towels!

We loved staying at the apartment. It was spacious clean and the bed were very comfortable. There are plenty of equipment etc in the kitchen. The location is fantastic. We had issues with the air conditioning. We figured out each controller can be taken off the wall and needs charging up in order to work properly. In the information pack it would be useful to have information about the things in the apartment like how to use the air con, how to use the washing machine.

The apartment was clean, had perfect views from both balconies and just across the road from the lovely sandy and also clean beach. Amenities close by and the central square was a 7 minute stroll. The only negative was we couldn't work out how the air con in the bedrooms worked, but wasn't really needed. Information pack contains lots of info. Mallorca and especially the North of the island is a cycling mecca so beware when crossing paths and roads as they do think they have right of way at all times and are very shout! We will return as it has everything we needed. Andy More detail on how to use the air con would be good.

A view to remember

Great location. The view and the balcony area was superb. The upstairs solarium area was cordoned off with broken sunloungers etc. We were in Mallorca the previous week and appreciate that there was a pretty violent storm. Our hotel had righted everything by the next day-why not the apartment agent? Also the safe was broken with the batteries on the floor. We ended up repairing it ourselves with strong tape despite being promised that someone would come to fix it on the Monday. If I were the owner I would find new agents. Love the apartment however.

Die Dachterasse haben wir nicht genutzt ,ist aber auch nicht attraktiv, sehr in die Jahre gekommen.Auf keinen Fall so wie auf dem Foto.Wir würden sie bei schönem Wetter nicht nutzen, zumal der Zugang über eine verschlossene Tür nicht gut ist .Der Schlüssel dazu lässt sich kaum drehen. Das Apartment selber ist ausreichend ausgestattet, es gab Spülmittel und Kaffee, bzw.Teebeutel für den ersten Tag .Das fanden wir sehr gut Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen, allerdings nur in der Vorsaison .Die Miete in der Hochsaison ist zu hoch Liebe Grüsse und Dank für einen angenehmen Kurztrip in sauberer Wohnung
