"Pebblestone" is a ground-floor apartment with its own access and entrance with gravel front area. A spacious, well equipped home from home, which gives a warm sense of both village and coastal location. Shops and restaurants are within a 2 min walk, approximately 5 mins walk to East Wittering beach, so no need to take the car out. This is a perfect base for a holiday retreat, ideal for couples, spending time with the family or working from home.
"Pebblestone" is a spacious two-bedroom, two bathroom apartment and has open-plan living accommodation, which is fully modernised.
A stocked kitchen, equipped with pretty much everything you need, including Neff oven and Induction Hob with extractor fan, tall fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle and toaster. Included are oven gloves, tea towels, washing machine/dishwasher tablets, washing-up liquid, hand soap etc.
The kitchen leads off to the dining area with hand-made dining table, Goodwood car seat style dining chairs. The lounge has a Smart TV with built-in Chromecast, two faux leather sofas to make your stay comfortable. There is also a bookcase with books to suit all ages, also a variety of children/adult board games/cards.
Two good sized bedrooms which comfortably sleeps 4 people. All linen is supplied, and beds are made upon your arrival. Both bedrooms have King size beds, with Indulgence mattress and Milly support Gel pillows. There is a wardrobe cupboard in Bedroom 1 with clothes rail and supply of hangers. Within the bedroom is a full size ensuite bathroom with large walk-in shower tray, rain shower head, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
Bedroom 2 - King size bed with zipped Indulgence mattress, that can be separated into twin beds. (Please let me know as soon as possible, if you require these to be separated). An area to hang clothes and supply of hangers. There is also a dressing table/desk and chair and chest of drawers.
All Linen supplied including fluffy Egyptian bath sheets and hand towels but beach towels are not included.
A good size family bathroom is accessed along the hallway and consists of bath/rain shower, wash basin, WC and also has underfloor heating and heated towel rail.
All rooms have easy remote controlled electric panel heaters for instant warmth in the cooler months.
"Pebblestone", has an allocated off-road designated parking space for one car. There is an Electric charging point available. There are on-road parking spaces within the immediate vicinity if travelling in different vehicles.

Very clean, tastefully decorated apartment. Spacious with everything you need supplied. Can not fault it. The host was great too, very helpful and responded to any questions immediately . Great position to visit Chichester, Arundel and The Witterings, with lots of shops nearby.
A super lovely apartment, we really enjoyed our stay. Jan was very helpful and the location was great. It was very clean and very comfortable with lovely furnishings.

Everything about this property is superb. Clean, spacious and ideally located whether you want coast or inland. Lovely small touches like pint of milk and biscuits on arrival. Everything has been thought off from kitchen utensils to lovely smelling diffusers. We loved exploring the local shops, eateries and bars. Will definitely return.

I have lived in the village now for just over 7 years having lived in Hampshire all my life. I took early retirement from my job, and decided to purchase this property at Sandland's Court as a tribute to my late husband. We used to visit the Royal Oak pub at the weekends, and this particular part of the development was the public bar with the Pool table, so I remember it well. I have such wonderful memories here over the years. I fell in love with the Wittering's many years ago, and couldn't wait to come here at weekends or school holidays with my young family and cycling miles round the coastal paths. I can only hope you take away your own good memories! I very much look forward to welcoming you here at "Pebblestone".
