About this property
Private Annex with sea views and parking
Quirky self contained Annex, situated in the rural village of Rhostryfan. Easy access to main road leading to Snowdon ,Dinas Dinlle beach 15 mins drive.
Kim's Retreat is a self contained flat and has parking outside the door. Central Heating, Double Glazing. Bedding provided. Towels and toiletries.
Own access . Wi-Fi , Tv with access to Netflix and prime. Alexa . It has a kitchenette for your quick and easy meals. It has a small oven ,microwave and single hob. There is no washing up sink but a wash station. If you dont fancy washing up then you can just leave them with the host , me ,and I will wash and bring them back 😁Dogs are welcome must wear a lead when out on the lane,and not be left alone due to past guests damage I'm afraid. Dog sitting can be be arranged at a small fee if needed. Fridge and larder will have food supplies too. Bathroom has a raised bath and raised toilet due to plumbing dynamics .
The lane is private and only residents and delivery Van's come up and down, oh and the odd tractor.

Weekend away
Kim is a lovely lady. Kim's Retreat is excellent. We had a short visit and would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back. Kim's Retreat comes highly recommended. Morgan loved the treats and said he wants to go again.

Why they chose this property
am situated 10 mins drive from Inigo Jones slate works and the main road to Porthmadog and Pwllheli. Also on the same grounds as Inigo is a great local farmer who runs a Cafe/ butchers and fresh vedge shop. In fact he drives up and down past the Annex to tend his livestock.
I am on a rough private lane so only local people have access. Dinas Dinlle beach can be seen from the annex and driven to in 15 mins. Caernarvon's historic town is also 15 mins away and has a beautiful castle and working steam railway . The view is just stunning overlooking Anglesey and Holyhead mountain .
