Private parking for 3 cars. No smoking.. This amazing home offers all the comforts you could need and is remotely located, perfect for a family getaway. A short 5-minute drive you will find the village of Maud which has a fantastic array of local attraction such as cafes, general store playpark, gym and many more. This property is located in the heart of north east Scotland with an abundance of activities and sights to see just a short trip away. Nearby there is a chance to enjoy great coastal areas, beautiful harbour towns and rolling dune beaches. Experience the fishing and whisky distilling history of the north east of Scotland. Golf course, castles and country parks are all within easy travelling distance. The old Formartine and Buchan Railway Line Cycle Track can be accessed nearby with a network of paths joining towns all the way to either Fraserburgh, Peterhead or Ellon, with its hub at Maud Railway Museum 2 miles away. Maud was the main railway junction of the Buchan railway line.
