Villa Batavia is a spacious Gulf Access vacation home with open room concept and a split floor plan. All the bathrooms have been beautifully re-modeled and the guest bath can be accessed directly from the pool area. The patio with a large panoramic screen window faces west and features an above ground high-end jacuzzi and a large under truss area. Enjoy the amazing Florida sunsets and the intersecting water views from the oversized composite boat dock with Tiki Hut. Beach equipment and bicycles are available.

Villa Batavia is located in a quiet neighborhood in the preferred Southwest Cape, close to the Marina of Cape Harbour with numerous shopping and dining possibilities.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

Energy meter will be read upon check-in and check-out and usage will be charged with $ 0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Great stay and beautiful view

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view from the pool and patio. Enjoyed the dock. The property manager was outstanding dealing with any small issues we had. If we come back to Cape Coral would stay here again.

The picture of the pool very deceiving. All furniture very uncomfortable. One person slept on couch and woke up covered with bug bites. Jacuzzi tub did not work. Loose tiles around pool caused my daughter-in-law to fall.Gas grill on site, but no propane. Energy cost payment not explained very well.

Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed renting this property. The house was clean and fully equipped. The weather was not super conducive, so my sons spent a lot of time in the hot tub and fishing off the dock. Beautiful view!
