The lounge is light & airy with folding doors leading to the spacious private terrace, a comfy sofa where you can relax & watch tv or play a DVD, coffee table & little extras like candles, incense burner with incense sticks if that's your thing.
The ceiling fan has 3 different speed & light settings to suit any mood.

Upstairs is a large Aircon bedroom with stunning views over the pool & gardens
A good night sleep is a must on holiday & we have provided you with a luxury king size bed with lovely bedside cabinets & lamps, creating a calm & relaxing bedroom, large fitted wardrobes with plenty of space for all your holiday essentials, we provide lots of hangers as well, you will also find the safe here, for peace of mind.
Mattress & all pillows are protected with covers & all linens are cotton including spare sets.

The spacious bathroom has a large walk in rain shower plus an adjustable jet shower head. Bath, hand & hair towels including a hairdryer are provided. Heated towel rail.
The washing machine, Iron & ironing board are also located here.

The spacious private terrace overlooks the garden & pool area, it has a foldable table, reclining chairs & a large parasol ideal for watching the world go by.

Also provided is a large BBQ.
Also provided for your convenience are foldable beach chairs, cool box & beach towels.

SAFETY: Located in the apartment is a smoke alarm, a fire blanket, fire extinguisher & a small first aid kit.

PLEASE NOTE:
A Damage deposit of 250 euros is required upon arrival. Fully refundable should there be no damages.

You are responsible for all damages to the apartment caused by any member of your party.

Cleaning charge of 70 euros payable upon arrival.

WIFI available upon request, payable direct to owner.
FREE use of beach towels, beach chairs- loungers & Cool box.
